3m welding tape is the way to go. It is sticky enough to never come unstuck on accident, yet peels away cleanly when you're done with it. As long as you don't clamp the two pieces together under force, it doesn't create a permanent bond. It's called welding tape because if you allow it to cure under pressure, it has a similar adhesion as a friction welded part. 2 5" strips of the stuff held some VERY heavy Harmon Kardon speakers to the sides of my LCD monitor for 2 years.
Awesome! You should get the wltoys 12423 and fpv it! It's basically a 1/12 trophy truck. Another variation of this is the wltoys 12428, which is styled like a rock racer.
You guys gotta check out the hbx 2138....same price, amazing hobby grade quality. Thing is a beast! And fast! I installed a fpv cam inside the canopy, too fun.
I totally forgot I even own one (4wd monster truck). I happen to have an extra AIO FPV cam too, this will be perfect! I could probably use some of my 200 mah or 600 mah 1s Lipo batteries with a voltage regulator so I can drive around for a long time. Thanks for the idea, cheers!

Those are some cool Micro RC Cars for sure... I have though about getting some of those to let customers drive them at different events and such.. I need to get some FPV cameras and put them on our COnstruction equipment.. That would be a cool new view #customcrawlerz

I’m very surprised these guys went lazy on this one...Peter would have had you chuck the cars battery in the trash solder a proper connector and the camera to the board and use that 600 mah battery to run both the car and camera at the same time...but ya I guess tape works
We made it up! 😆 It had a nice ring to it and has some personal meaning to us. It's also a little vague which allows people to kind of assign their own meaning to it.
