At 11:28 the effect for signature that you explain actually has been change. The effect now require Resonance skill that heal not intro skill that heal. So the buff can be triggered from the very first rotation.

I was building pity in yao Banner and got him in 28th pull, then lost to Verina in the 29th pull, so SK was garuntee. The timer also doesn't immediately start directly at cast; it starts when the animation ends...so anyone else reading this, do what you will with this information. This also means you can recast the echo immediately after her super intro, granting the field buff to both the intro and the echo, THEN cast her liberation.
In my opinion, Shorekeeper has overtaken Verina as the best character in Wuthering Waves. She is just as universal as a healer/support but her buffs are greater and with her enhanced intro skill she contributes significantly more damage to the team. In the grand scheme of the things Verina is not totally displaced since pairs better with Jinshi as IWin2Lose explained, doesn't have the ramp up time, and requires much less investment. Still, Shorekeeper is great addition to a game that I feel has been quite skimpy on support characters (we have been very heavy on Main DPS and Sub DPS units in these first few patches). I hope as Wuthering Waves matures we start getting more specialized support units.

This is what they all say while having taken loans to afford the gachas this month too. You will get the gacha gold reward on pity in this game, and charas are 50/50. That is normal. Sometimes you will get jebaited like this and feel lucky to keep rolling but that is not how it will end :)

The main thing is staying F2P or if you enjoy game a lot - buy a battle pass or month subscription. Since we're all in the spirits of showing our luck online, I pulled shorekeeper in 72 pulls. That might seem like nothing special but that changes when you consider how I've never lost a 50/50 in this game. Got Yinlin in 29 pulls, got Jinhsi at 70 pulls & Shorekeeper at 72 pulls. Put it together and u get 171 pulls for 3 limited 5 star characters. Even crazier is that I'm F2P.

As casual player i don't understand 50% that is said in this video i don't even know what double intro meta is but at least i know Shorekeeper is a good support
every time you switch to a character, in WuWa, they perform an intro skill authomatically, that is specific to each character. Said intro skill may or may not ( depending on the character you're using) provide some buffs on the next charactr you will deploy on the field ( and/or debuffs on enemies). Shorekeeper is one character that provides support for intro skills performed by the other members of the team. Hope this helps. :)

I don't know either. I have S0 Yinlin with signature weapon max lvl and max skill lvl and S0 Xiangli Yao with signature weapon max lvl and skill lvl's at 9. My Tower of Adversity 24* star clears looks: Left tower yinlin solo, yinlin solo, yinlin solo, Yinlin + verina. And right tower Xiangli Yao solo, Xiangli Yao solo. Xiangli Yao solo. Xiangli Yao with verina. I'd use sanhua if i ever need another intro skill character. So i don't know why people are talking about a double intro meta. But if you get enough resonances on your favourite dps 4* you'd be able to do the same. I'm currently trying to get Chixia ready too also challenge the middle tower. a/e take from this what you will.
Man she is so lucky for me, I had 65 pity then I did a 10 pull and got calcharo themy I was depressed and I did a 10 pull thinking I will now save for camellia but guess what I got her on 5th pull and even got jinshi. Man shorekeeper is so beautiful
For those who don't have variation, and is using just rectifier on verina. It's a good idea to get her weapon. It will give you more option even if you get variation in the future. You will need atleast 2, if you don't have the symphony.

It's pretty nice that she also had global outro that doesn't lose its value by switching out , this is one the reason Verina is still the best unit in game
Everyone in the comments sharing how they won their 50/50s and didn't get hard pitied... Well here's the opposite... Not only did I lose my 50/50, but I got hard pitied TWICE. It took me 160 pulls to get her... On top of that, I've pulled on every banner since Jinshi (except for Xiangli Yao since he was free) and have lost every single 50/50. I cannot catch a single bit of luck with this game.

This game hates me... I lost EVERY 50-50 since the game release (and on Hard pity this time)... 5 lost, 0 win !! I don't have enough wish for now, so I might miss Shorekeeper TT___TT Even my 50-50 on 4 star banner is bad : 55% lost. Out of 500+ wish !! The worst thing is, I lost to Lingyang AGAIN he is now S2 and both Sequence are TRASH !! The only good point is : I finally got a copy of Mortefi, because, yes, I NEVER got him, even though I wished on at least 1 banner where he was promoted... I have at least S4 on EVERY 4 star, but I didn't have Mortefi at all !! Honestly, if I don't get Shorekeeper before the end of her banner, I might drop the game, because its random just hates me and I WON'T waste time (nor money) on a game that doesn't give a fair experience. Alright, I’m gonna be honest I was almost 100% gonna skip her coz I wanna save for Camelya.. I’m glad I pulled her. Shorekeeper is beyond! Gave her Moonlit set and she’s crazy with the buffs! Good luck to everyone! Oh and pulled her weapon too. Just need 250 energy regen but coz I gave her moonlit her regen is at 273.😅
Is it just me or doe´s her animation feels a bit lacking in comparision to Zhezhi, Xiangli and espacially Changli ?! Don´t know i rly was hyped for her but after i did her trail it was more like "rly?!? that´s all?!" And don´t get me wrong - i don´t thinkg she´s a bad character - just judging her animations and "wow" effect. Espacially her liberation animation is kinda underwhelming...
Really horrible luck with the 50/50 across the board for me.. Got Lycaon at 79 trying for Ceasar on Zenless.. now here I am at Calcharo at 78 (S2 now).... and Shorekeeper at 78. Debating if I should 360 her for the S1 or save it for Camellya.
Starting with 100 pulls, Got her s2 with 30 pulls and also got an encore... After trading the wishes left... Ended up with almost the same pulls I started with (87 left) 💀💀
Turns out the first limited character I decide to get is a healer. Thankfully they're also supports so seems like a futureproof pick. Haven't really vibed enough with the other characters so far and just been saving. But looking forward to Camellya and Phrolova (hopefully playable) now and can easily guarantee both with my savings. Hopefully at least one of them is a maindps so I can stop struggling in ToA to barely get 30 stars with my one and a half teams.

Alright, I’m gonna be honest I was almost 100% gonna skip her coz I wanna save for Camelya.. I’m glad I pulled her. Shorekeeper is beyond! Gave her Moonlit set and she’s crazy with the buffs! Good luck to everyone! Oh and pulled her weapon too. Just need 250 energy regen but coz I gave her moonlit her regen is at 273.😅
Is it just me or doe´s her animation feels a bit lacking in comparision to Zhezhi, Xiangli and espacially Changli ?! Don´t know i rly was hyped for her but after i did her trail it was more like "rly?!? that´s all?!" And don´t get me wrong - i don´t thinkg she´s a bad character - just judging her animations and "wow" effect. Espacially her liberation animation is kinda underwhelming...
Really horrible luck with the 50/50 across the board for me.. Got Lycaon at 79 trying for Ceasar on Zenless..
now here I am at Calcharo at 78 (S2 now).... and Shorekeeper at 78.
Debating if I should 360 her for the S1 or save it for Camellya.
Starting with 100 pulls, Got her s2 with 30 pulls and also got an encore... After trading the wishes left... Ended up with almost the same pulls I started with (87 left) 💀💀
Turns out the first limited character I decide to get is a healer. Thankfully they're also supports so seems like a futureproof pick.
Haven't really vibed enough with the other characters so far and just been saving. But looking forward to Camellya and Phrolova (hopefully playable) now and can easily guarantee both with my savings. Hopefully at least one of them is a maindps so I can stop struggling in ToA to barely get 30 stars with my one and a half teams.
went for chixia cons. got her on the first 10 pull 30 pity. Super stoked. Back to singles for chixia cons. Second shorekeeper sub 15 pulls. No longer super stoked, but kinda still stoked idkXD
Thank god its release on Sunday, I can speed run all the story and farming materials for her now

Would be better if you showed the same teams with Verina too for the comparison, because seeing the numbers on xiangli yao being lower than I normally get is just weird and makes it hard to see how much of a benefit it is lol
I won my 50/50 this morning and got her in 30 pulls I was in shock! i havent decided if ill pull for her weapon yet, but thankfully I can switch off verina lol

Is S1 shorekeeper worth the corals? I have enough to buy 1 waveband but I could also just hse it for more weapon pulls since I hvent gotten it. Waveband vs weapon which is better?

If only i have 1 Variation... my Verina walks with Rectifier of Voyager, so leveling up another Rectifier is a bit of pain for me (have all concerto series at variuos refines except Rectifier). Myabe i should craft #25. Atleast it has same ER, as Variation

I lost 50/50 with my first 10 pull and then got shorekeeper in my second 10 pull. The rng gods were in my favor for once
I don’t know how, but I haven’t lost a 50/50, in total I have pulled for 3 limited five star characters and I haven’t lost none of them😭😭
Finally got lucky. Got her at 20 pulls and her weapon at 50 pulls.

Crazy thing about this is that I can just juggle my verina's weapon and echoes to her, so if you already farmed a decent verina, you only need to get her levels and talents 😂
