    Nice dish !!! But...chop raw scampi, place bowl, tray and other items on dirty chopping board, did they ever hear about cross contamination ?

      It's seafood not the chicken. Heard of sushi? McDonalds and your local food joints are having higher standards? They scratching their balls every third burger flip with the ocassional puke spit.

      @@KL-mn6ts They don't even serve chicken. In the other video you can see their chefs using plastic boards. These guys are using best ingredients they find and if you would take a peak at how much of health standards are in the places you usually eat when going out you would see the difference.
