The Plugins folder in the SDRuno installation is for SDRplay plugins only. The 1.40.2 installer includes a "Community Plugin Installer" and by default it puts the included plugins into My Documents\CommunityPlugins - for existing users, right click on the plugin control panel background and select that folder. Then the plugins will appear. Any plugins not included in the community plugin installer that were built before 1.40.2 was released, will no longer work in 1.40.2 and will need to be rebuilt as the plugin system has been updated.
Any community plugins published before 1.40.2 will not work in 1.40.2 and need to be updated. Right click in the plugin control panel background and select the new community plugins folder which will be My Documents\CommunityPlugins if you have followed the default install.
