Dave & Eric! Outstanding job on the video! I'm sure you remember us as we hunted up there this past year as well. My father and I sat behind Eric on the flight out there and we chatted in the small airport before we headed back to the lower 48. Great job capturing the whole hunt & congrats on the bulls! I won't make it back out there this year but I'll be back in 2022. Super cool area you guys were in also!
Hi Ryan, yes I do remember you and I can't remember how you guys said you did. We're going back this September to a new location, trying something new, river hunt with motor boat verses being dropped off by float plane at a remote lake. Your hunting plans this fall?
@@davec.6298 We went 2 for 3 with my uncle and father shooting two 62"ers. We're headed to Wyoming this year for pronghorn and taking a couple friends that have never been. Should be a lot of fun. I cannot wait to head back up to Alaska in 2022 though. Best of luck to you guys on the river hunt! Sounds like it'll be a blast!
Dave I remember you from living water’s Maine. I am doing a moose hunt in Alberta next October and would love to get a nice one like you got. God’s best to you.
Holy smokes.. One thing I do NOT want is my huge animal I just shot running into a lake.. After you get that thing on the bank.. It's time to go back to camp to re-coop and come back tomorrow to quarter him out.. Geez. So much energy. You guys are animals.
It was a job for sure but we wanted to finish it up right there and then not giving bears time to move in on it over night. As it was, we saw a grizzly in the area the day prior.
What an awesome experience! Congratulations. My wife was able to draw a WA OIL Moose tag in 2020. Check out the video on our page. Thx for sharing your adventures!
@@jeffreyjones1721 You are not familiar with blueberry bushes are you?? Brushing is not going to take off a limb that size. You go ahead and comment about self righteous :)

The shot on your 2nd animal sucked as far as the camera went!
agreed, forgot to hit play on the camera with the zoom....that's life! :)
I'm not anti-hunting. I just don't shoot any animal I don't plan to eat. Killing just for sport is sadistic.
We flew home what we could manage (to eat), donated the rest locally. Nothing went to waste.
2 week hunt, rather than take a few minutes to pick the blueberries, rips entire branch off. Justice that his moose dies in lake???
Meat for a whole year! Gotta love it.
Maybe he brushed against it and knocked it off. Either way, it served you well huh, you feel self righteous.

@@meghan7547 gawd your horrible! What the hell is your problem, I mean really?
Mercy for the animal you kill..
I know huh? Great shot, quick kill. Best mercy you can show any animal!
