you're right that cols are vertical and rows are horizontal. and this video also practices that concept. I think you misunderstood something, so I would suggest rewatching it.

for those who having trouble getting output from Intel j try this replacing or u can just give the console each number separately rather than 12345... just give the all 5 number 1 by 1 and repeat till all input filled

Hey maam in define size of 2d array once we give 10 for array 10 bits are fixed for that variable, when again run the program when again give array size as 20 ,it will same bits extended are again different place is taken for that variable.
