This is an ACA tabloid beat up. If someone is complaining about every noise you make, all the time, it’s harassment. We have noise laws between 10 pm and 7 am . The rest of the time you can make as much noise as you like
Don’t you mean 10pm and 7am 🤔 😂😂 though in all fairness, there still are technically laws between 7am and 10am but there is a lot more leniency (it’s unfair to expect no noise from machinery building a property etc).
We had problems with dirt bike riders. They would ride directly past our property up the mountain which was our backyard. Any time day or night. We lost livestock because of them. I said to my husband what’s going on up there. Are they doing something they shouldn’t be. We later found out they had drugs and when we threatened them with police one of the riders stopped outside our chook pen just revving and so was the Ute driver travelling with them beeping their horns playing loud music. Our animals were running around in a panic making all sorts of noises. The house owner was in on it. We moved and now they have a bad reputation all over town. We reported them to police. As a tomboy growing up I wanted a dirt bike but after being harassed by riders who use their bike as a weapon and to harass people I have lost respect for them. They do drain you. In my personal experience most are disrespectful towards surrounding farms and livestock. Only one family had respect to ride only on certain days and for a certain period of time. And they had respect for all their neighbours. And no one complained.

Dirtbikes and chainsaws are as much sounds of country life as bird calls are... sometimes all from the same source if you have a few ambitious male lyrebirds around.
Imagine not being able to ride dirt bikes in the country on your own land , reeks of ACA usual stick up for the whiners who don’t want others lifes to impact on their peace.
When you own land you buy it with intent of motor bikes, garden equipment, animals horses etc. Sorry but apart from the abusive language on one side and the other side with a camera on them at all times which invades privacy, you can see this situation is just chalk and cheese. I would be pissed if I couldn't enjoy country life using bikes and farming equipment because of another neighbours wanting to live a different type of country life. This was escalated on both sides. Sorry but both are to blame. On a different note without being racist, immigrants do not understand Aussies country life and think it is just rolling hills quietly listening to the birds. Wrong country for that, we like to have fun, grab a beer and join us.
In the country.... kids do ride motorbikes.... seriously? .. and they complain to them about it? what do you expect would happen? rather than thinking kids will be kids... can they teach my kid to ride? they whinge and moan
There just Karen’s honestly having a house an land out in the country is to be able to do wat u wanna do, imagine moving somewhere u have dreamed of an not being able to ride your dirtbikes or chop wood in your own back yard! I think this family have made heaps of silly complaints wich have pissed the neighbours off. There’s always two side too the story I’d be pissed off too not being able to make noise on my own property if ya don’t like it then leave
