    You posted yourself wobbling a bit and losing your balance. You explained that you weren't able to do it everyday. You let us viewers know you made dietary changes, and not just walked to lose weight while making no other changes.
    You are creating the type of fitness journey videos that we need. This video is inspiring because it promotes realism. Thank you!

      I need to lose 20 lbs, and it's the hardest thing. I think my harmones are wonky!😅 I have a plant based diet. I've also know that my muscle mass is greater than my body fat, but I was skinny. Now everything is fluffed. 😂 I weigh 165 lbs. I mostly eat vegetables and fruits. Maybe I should just lift weights because I sweat like a horse at my job while working. Some months, my belly looks like I'm eight months pregnant, and some months, it looks like my belly is losing weight. I eat 1-2 times a day and small portions, and I would fast as well.

      @@texas4648compared to other work outs it is easy, it's literally the bare minimum if you are able bodied. It just walking. If you're not losing weight and don't have a chronic condition (frustrating but doctors are wrong sometimes second opinions are always best) managing your diet (don't restrict, just add on to your meals add more fiber and more protein and try to lower the fat content and empty calories that don't provide nutrition during meals) and adding something apart from cardio like weights or even just running will help 5k steps per day can be considered sedentary for most adults if you have extra time (hard in this economy with so much time being fir working and for busy mothers😢) I'd say to double it 10k steps per day really makes a difference but start slow aim for 6 then 7 and slowly Amp it up. It's possible and gets easier and easier as you go. It's definitely discouraging especially if you don't manage your expectations. Just be realistic and take baby steps after years and years I've finally made a habit of going to the gym at least 3 or 4 times a week. Took me 1 month of not quitting and telling myself I wouldn't see results until month 2. After 2 months of going I noticed less wheezing and coughing, after 3 months my legs look so much more fit and I can do things I couldn't before 🎉 I look forward to it now. You got this

    • @jazzygirl4140
      @jazzygirl4140 5 месяцев назад +11

      @@texas4648 You also have to manage your diet properly. If you eat more calories than you use, you'll either gain weight or your weight won't change. Even if you're predisposed to being heavier, you well lose some weight if you're consuming less than you use. It's that simple.

I shall invest in an under the desk walking pad so I can craft while I walk at a brisk pace! I believe crafting while I walk will help me not to focus on walking indoors & doing what I love will allow me to walk even longer than 30 minutes! 😊 I still get my daily 20 minutes of fresh air & sunshine! Started dieting and exercising this last month. Mostly walking around a park for an hour, 4-5 times a week, and a couple easy "follow along" at home workouts. Cut the pasta, chips, soda(even diet soda is bad for you), and bread, stopped buying frozen/packaged. Went from 205 down to 187. I am so happy with myself right now! Gonna keep going!

    Congratulations, I just walk in place while watching tv, doing the dishes or cooking dinner. I lost weight a couple years ago but do to losing my job and Covid and then some medical problems, I gained all the weight back now I’m working on losing it again but it’s way harder this time. So far I’ve lost about 5 pounds, it could’ve been more but I haven’t been consistent. Seeing a video like this really helps give people motivation to push themselves to be consistent. Thanks for sharing this and congratulations again.

    Having a short exercise able to do at home is always beneficial. Some days you just dont want to leave the house and with a home exercise you 1) have no excuse to be lazy and 2) are able to get more comfortable with exercising since youre in your own element.
