I work at this stadium and the dogs are taken care of as best they can be and if there is a break or and injury during a race there is an immediate response from one of the staff to get the dog off the track and there is an on site vet who assess the injury and decides the out come
Oh my god...I felt a shiver when I read ''the first bend is the last'' for many greyhounds......there was a local track here, and the poor animals would often get into bother on that very first leftwards turn according to a man I asked..why do the turns have to be so tight?

Would you consider this "often"? 348 dogs were put down following retirement when new homes could not be found, again a very small number. I'm not involved in racing, but I know the vast majority of the industry is passionate about the welfare of greyhounds.
Now why don't you tell the truth. Those greyhounds got up and finished their race. None were seriously hurt. You never show the end of the race because people would see the real truth. You are a greyhounds worst enemy. You are the one that gives greyhounds a bad name. Just stop your exploiting. Leave the greyhounds alone.
