I love the one where Caroline makes Laura and Mary new dresses for their school essay thing they had. Laura was young still and couldn't write as good as Mary but she delivered a knock-out reading. Miss Beadle is amazing at the end.
Mine too!
Chicas campesinas.
💔
Absolutely my favorite
a beautiful episode ❤
The Handyman was an amazing episode 😂
Charles was about 2 get his horns 🦌🐮
I have to say mine is "The Lord is my Shepherd" also the Wolves and the Raccoon..
Unfortunately, I grew up with an absentee father and abusive mother. I had no frame of reference for “good parents”; until I started watching this show. No matter how bad things got or how angry Ma was, she was always loving, patient, understanding, and forgiving to her children. That’s a good mother.
The one episode where Albert gets into trouble for something and Pa stands there so proudly and says “I’ll assume responsibility for my son”, had me in tears. He adopted Albert, a boy he didn’t even know, and made him an equal child in his heart. That’s a good father, a good man.
This is the parenting I try to emulate. My 2 kids are grown, college graduates, leading happy successful lives and my husband and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this year.
I wonder if the cast knows how much this show meant to kids.
And taught ppl how to love and help each other. The judge asked me what program do you like best, well guess what l said, she asked why, like l commented, ppl could learn hiw to love and help each ither. I will always love LITTLE HOUSE
That’s amazing!
Laura pushing Nelly down the hill in the wheelchair is the best episode ever!
🤣
I just started watching and I somehow came across that scene online. I figured it had to be a dream of some kind, it was just so out of character.
Yes!!!! This was the best!
I know it’s a different episode but the scene where Mary smacks her is 🤌🏻
I love this too.😂😂👩🦼 I'm loving watching re-caps of this amazing show we grew up with.👍🤗
My favourite is the one where Laura puts the Cayenne pepper on the cinnamon chicken that she was cooking for Nellie and Mrs. Olsen kept calling Almanzo “Zaldamo”
Zaldamo!! I crack up everytime!..and Manly irritatingly corrects her with
"It's. Almanzo."
That was my mom's favorite, too! It was so funny that she forgave the fact that Almanzo's real favorite dish was apples and onions. Lol...😂
😂😂
@Steph's Chihuahuas I agree. Nellie is a lot like Mrs. Oleson in that both loved men who could stand up to them when it mattered.
Yes that's my favarate
Definitely one of the greatest television shows ever made
My favorite epsiode was the the He loves me he loves me not 2 because that's when Nellie meets and falls in love with Percival. Loved how nice she became and laughed hysterically to Mrs. Oleson's reaction to Percival being Jewish.
Agree!! Mrs Olsen was hilarious!
Lily Zerep ooh yes, another one I love to watch again and again!
I love that episode!!! He called me pretty!! Awe it was so fun.
maryhutson55 yeah a top favourite of mine! So happy Nellie got what she really needed in life.. A real man!!
My
I literally feel like crying, Little House on the Prairie was my favorite show of all time!!!!
Remain Silent me too. It was the best!
Dont cry suga, im here for you
Santa Ana Luna it’s still one of my favorite shows. I bought the complete series and my kids are hooked on it😂
Literally
Me too😭😭😭😭😭😭
My favorite episode was called 'Bunny'. It contains the Wheelchair Down The Hill scene!
HAHAHA
Pearl the rebel omg think that is also one of my favorites
It was amazing to me how long they waited to pay the Bunny thing off. It started on the first season's Christmas episode and finished in Season 3 with the Bunny, The Race, and when Bunny dies in Journey in the Spring episode.
my all time favorite episode was the music box iliked lauras dreams
Bunny was the episode where I grew to love hating Nellie, but I wanted my own Bunny sooo bad, ha I still do.
Did they every try to give "Carrie" some acting lessons? It's as if Michael Landon gave up on her. She was basically a prop, even in the later seasons.
"Carrie" was so bad that you couldn't understand what she was saying.
The Waltons and Little House.....were my favourite shows when I was growing up and actually still are!
Every Monday night, Little House, every Thursday night, The Walton’s. They don’t make shows like those anymore.
Me too.💕
Me too, and Dr. Quinn!
Carolyn Wood same here and to this day they still are !
Liked the walons to except when they found out curt was alive I need could understand why they would write an episode like ha
One of my favorite episodes is where Laura's baby brother died and she climed that mountain to get closer to God & she meets Jonathan who was an angel that took care of her. That was so sweet
That episode was called "The Lord is my Shepherd" 😊 That was also a few of the cast members favorite episode as they mentioned in this video
I wonder if that episode was inspiration for highway to heaven in 1984, where Landon played an angel named Johnathan
I really loved Ernest Borgnine!
@@kungpuk5186 Me too
@@kungpuk5186 - Ernest Borgnine played the role that he played in 'The Lord Is My Shepherd' perfectly.
"Sweet Sixteen" that was my favorite episode as well. " He Loves Me He Loves Me Not parts 1&2. I liked as well. When (Nellie) had to learn how to cook. The scene where her and (Percival) was in the kitchen. He got fed up with (Nellie) and dumped the egg yolks all over her head. Lol 😂🤣
The Blizzard is one of my favorites because Harriet actually showed that she cared throughout the entire episode and even had her kids helping by preparing linens
I found years later that it was an actual event from that time period that inspired that episode. There's a book called "The Children's Blizzard" that tells the story. It's a heartbreaking but fascinating bit of history.
She was giving out coats too!
i love that episode sm omg
C'mon... The Collection is the best episode... it's Johnny Cash for God's sake!
As a kid I liked the blizzard show, esp since once I came home from school after walking home for 3 hours in a blizzard only to have that episode on that night.
As an adult with kids I can't watch that episode cause of the implications of death scenes.
Weird. But also can't watch titanic because of the death either. I guess the older I got, the more sensitive I got to that topic.
I wish this clip was longer. They had a lot more interesting things to say and it would have been fun to just keep listening.
I like the Halloween episode where Laura thought Mr. Oleson killed Mrs. Oleson
My favorite is “the richest man in Walnut Grove” when Pa lost his job and everyone worked together. Two best parts are when Half-pint punches Nellie in the nose and when Pa agrees with Mr Olsen that he’s the richest man in Walnut Grove “I know I am” almost crying. 💜 Mary taking the test and losing is my second favorite. When she gets home and everyone still celebrates her 😭🥰.
yeah ...i loved every episode with Mrs Oleson !!
We were blessed as kids of the 70’s & 80’s to be able to grow up watching a family we all wanted to be part of! The Waltons too. Double blessed to be able to watch the reruns everyday on tv still which makes you feel like a kid again. Especially during the crazy covid times!
I forever wished Pa was my Dad. He was the perfect loving father. ( i didn't have that....Sorry dad. I still love you. R. I. P.)
I'm with you too,the Waltons and Little House on the Prairie are the most loved shows that even today hopefully new comers will turn the channel to watch and love these shows as much as we do,they're the best shows to watch! I pray that they never cancel them off because the shows are very very good to watch, even better than what they've been given to watch today. One of my favorite scenes would be the "song" that was mistaken to be a love letter to Almonzo. But I know there are many favorites,it's just that these shows are just that good though. The Waltons, the scene at Christmas time.
Yes, I loved both of those shows.
I have to agree with Matthew on the dark episodes though! My favorite is Sylvia 1 and 2. Most of the Albert-centered episodes and scenes were my favorites. I also adore Sweet Sixteen. I cant get enough of Laura and Almanzo finally falling in love and Laura growing into a woman.
Yes ! Sylvia !
Love those Sylvia episodes also ....
I gosh! I remember that. I was about 10 watching reruns in like 1992 & I HAD to get home from school to catch the 2nd episode at 4:00. Praying my school bus wasn’t late!😂
The Sylvia episode were also my absolute favorites also. Such a sad arc but very emotionally touching.
I can't watch those 2 episodes. Just too sad😢
They were exceptional actors. Never to be forgotten. The casting was brilliant. Every single one of the 25 key characters were essential and missed when not there. This was beyond tv gold
Little house in the Prairie always brings tears in my eyes, love all the casts and miss Michael London so much.......
Why all the dots? ...........
You meant Michael Landon, right?
@@TheJrzdevil---The consecutive dots indicates a thought that is unfinished or an omission of a word, phrase, sentence, or more, of a text. It's called an ellipsis.
@@onemercilessming1342 just a fun fact, an ellipsis consists of only 3 dots...
@@Kaemea-- Here's a fun fact for YOU. Actually, if the sentence or thought is unfinished, it contains three dots. If the sentence or thought is finished, it contains four. The ellipsis and the period at the end of a statement.
My favorite episode was the the Christmas one. When Laura gave her horse for stove for her mom and other favorite episode is the Halloween one where Laura thinks that mr Olson cut Mrs Olson head off
😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲👽👽
I absolutely love that episode. I forgot about it. I'm hoping to find it on RUclips!
Christmas in Plum Creek, that's the name...
“Gave her horse for stove”? What does that even mean?
@@duanefitzhugh4093 Ha! Laura gave away her horse (traded it) for a stove, which she then gave her mother.
I liked when Nelly fell in love with Percival. Now, I'm up to Season 7 in reruns.
Michael Landon we miss you 🖤
29 years a few days ago. Wow.
Yes! Gone way too soon...☹️
This show was such an integral part of my childhood. I probably watched it every day for 10 years straight. My entire family loved the show. My sisters and I would reenact it, playing Mary, Laura and Carrie. Fantastic memories.
Still one of my favourite series. I have so many favourites: love when Mary meets Adam at the blind school, when Laura is at Almanzo's house after fighting with Nellie and Charles' punches Almanzo thinking something unseemly was taking place, when Charles falls and then cannot finish the order he promised so the whole town moves the grain for him, when Miss Beadle meets her husband, the pig farmer, and Nellie almost marries his son, anything with the Olesons, Nellie hating her restaurant, then meeting Percival. I could go on and on and on. This was my dad's favourite show as well. He's been gone 2 years and I can still remember watching it in the 70s with him.🥰
Loved how Nellie changed after meeting Percival - you named many great moments in the series.
So true.. even when Mary first is at blind school and meets Adam..I don’t think she knows he’s blind. He brings her food but then she says she doesn’t like ppl watching her.. she probably thought he could see ☹️
Yes! I think you've done a great job here.
"With Melissa's mother wailing in the background! Fun, fun, fun!"😂
Megan Simpson I wonder if she is still alive today. Been great to see her and Melissa
My favorite episode was Remember Me, a two parter starring Patricia Neal, a widow woman who was dying, she asked Charles to help her find homes for her three children. Laura and Charles(Pa) were my favorite characters. Melissa Gilbert was the best child actor I ever saw. I watch LHOTP every day.
Whisper County, was my next favorite, it's the episode where Mary left home to teach school, and an old woman who couldn't even read had the whole town under her spell.
This show was the best. Michael Landon did a great job with it. He was a handsome man. I loved Charles and Caroline 's live for each other.
The secondary cast were awesome as well. I loved, Reverend Alden, Dr Baker, Mr Hanson, Mr. Edwards, Nells, Grace, and miss Beatle. Sorry I didn't like Willie, Nellie, nor Harriet they were too mean. But Harriet was a crack up. She made the show interesting.
I just found out that the actor who played Willy was Melissa’s real life brother.
The episode with Patricia Neal is the one that I will always remember. So so sad.
Great one too!
I still watch the show I love it the 70s and 80s shows were the best shows now a days there not as good as these shows
THE ONE WHERE CARRIE FALLS IN THE HOLE!!!
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Micheal Landon should be there miss him and his smile and laughter love ya rest in peace
He was the best Pa and husband ever
My favorite was when Matt played young Charles. He was beat up by some bullies and missed Caroline at the dance. He showed up at her house dirty and bruised and apologized through the door. The way he said “please Caroline” always got to me. When she opened the door and they danced was the best part. I always had a thing for Caroline as an adult but since I was around the young Carolines age when the show was first on TV young Caroline (Katy Kurtzman) was my dream girl
The blonde girl in the blonde guy sitting next to each other didn’t even say who they were couldn’t recognize them either everybody else introduced themselves and their character from the show but both of them did not
My favourite scenes are whenever Laura taught the Olesons their lessons. Especially Nellie.
Most beautiful episode is "Sylvia Part 1 and 2" because Albert stood up for Sylvia and cherished her all the way till the moment she died in his arms. Heart breaking but so well done.
Albert was a handsome kid
Oh my, I despised that episode! It was so dark and traumatizing for a show like LHOP. They did go dark sometimes but that masked rapist scarred me for life.
My very favorite episode was the one in which Mr. Edwards waded in the creek to get to Pa's house on Christmas!!! He brought the children candy canes that Laura quickly bit into!!! Mr. Edwards brought Ma some sweet potatos. "Now don't want nooooooo peekin, can't stand for nooooooo peekin!!!". Another one that is my second favorite is the one where they all share memories of Christmas past!!!
I love the Christmas past episode.
+Kate Barron Same here.
You guys should read the books. They're amazing!
that was the PILOT
Pamela Dial I love that episode too!!
I love when Matt was like "my two favorite episodes one, was when I was a morphine addict and I attacked her" (points to Leslie Landon) "and then the second.. was when I murdered her." (points to Hersha Parady) 😂
To bad they don't introduce them selves. Some of them I don't know who they are.
AnnemieM from left to right - Hersha Paraday - Alice Garvey
Either Lindsey or Sidney Greenbush - Carrie Ingalls
Melissa Gilbert - Laura Ingalls
Charlotte Stewart - Miss Beadle
Dean Butler - Almanzo Wilder
Leslie Landon - Miss Plum
Michael Landon Jr
Matthew Laborteux (sp?) - Albert Ingalls
thanks, didn't know who leslie and Michael landon jr were, either
Thx!😊
monalisasmile where was Melissa Sue Anderson- Mary? Would love to see her today. Had a little crush on her in my teens. I'm over it though.....lol
Leslie Landon and Michael Landon Jr. both appeared in episode 20 of season.3 called “The Election” where Elmer Dobkins is nominated as class president. Landon Jr. plays Jim who is told to nominate Mary Ingalls as president.
I love The Little House On The Prairie, I never get tired of watching it, I still watch it every day.
Same here..5pm to 8pm gotta love the reruns!
I record it on DVR so I can keep watching 😂🤣
Same here. What a love.
My favourite episode was "The Cheaters" where at the end, Mrs. Oleson chases Nellie home whacking her with her jacket after she finds out she cheated on a test.
I have to admit watching the character Albert detox off of morphine was hard to watch.
I find it hard to think of a more favourite episode than the one where Mary goes blind and gets sent to the blind school and meets Adam..
Mary going blind is a gut-wrencher, but I love knowing she's going to the blind school to meet Adam. When they're sitting on the piano bench, and she finds out he's blind, too....well....🙏💜
@@The_Whimsical_Stenographer oh yeah.. That was the moment they fell in love (or realised they were in love)! Fantastic episode, fantastic show.
That's a good one! I also like The Wedding when Mary and Adam get married
My son likes that one cause he too went blind as a young adult!
I feel touched listening Laura read her first essay in front of all parents in her class . Actually on the paper stated only few words (coz she's still learning how to read) the rest really comes fr her heart , she loves n appreciate her ma & pa . 😁 I love their new kitchen 😘.
ROZITA ABAS I always thought it was sweet of Charles to add on and make a bigger kitchen; BUT with all those kids, they really needed another bedroom added on
I got tired of her being the favorite child Laura that is. Mary was so much sweeter and prettier
The world might be a better place if this show was still on the air. I wish I could have find the whole series! ❤️🙏🌍
Hello Karen 👋
I AGREE
It’s on amazon prime if you’re signed up for prime. Atleast a couple years ago before we cancelled ours.
He loves me. loves me not is my all time favorite; we get to see a nicer version of Nellie, and the mock cliffhanger at the end which involves youngest daughter Grace, is priceless.
My favorite episode was when Mary's fiancé dumps her at the cotillion. I liked it because it was very believable, well-acted and really broke my heart. I thought they were so good together. How could John dump Mary for that other city hussy?😭
That was sad
The one where John Jr got murdered always breaks my heart
Yaelra R. And I like that the end when she’s on the train going home with Pa and she meets Bobby Brady. Well the kid that played Bobby Brady.
Yeah, breaks my heart that they broke up. They were a cute couple although Bobby Brady is cute too so I ship either one.
IT was realistic. Happens all the time in real life...other girl was not even pretty though
So many favorite episodes. The Hundred Mile Walk is one that comes to mind.
Funny how MOST people's favorites was The Lord Is My Shepherd, for ME, that was my LEAST favorite. My favorite "Albert" episode, is "Sylvia", because it showed how much he really cared for "Sylvia", and was willing to do ANYTHING for her.
I still remember "Sylvia", but that one was so serious and depressing. It was such a sad story. Not my favorite, but very memorable.
loved the Lord is my Shepard...it gets to me every time I see it. ..it's not an easy episode to watch - there's so much sadness in it..but it's about what love is really all about ..and that God is always with us .
@@sandy-ke1kr Yes Sylvia was so sad.Emotionally abused by that horrid father and then assaulted and then more abuse by her father. Albert was the only one who loved her.
@@wendyburke2210 is that the one where Laura ran away after the baby brother died?
Yeeeess! I was thinking the Sylvia episode, too. That one really did something to me, though; Get chills just thinking about it. I still like the Lord is my Shepherd, though... and when Nelly falls for Percival and pretty much any “Laura and Manly” episode.
I like the funny ones like The Campout”, “Men will be Boys” and “The Lake Keisha Monster”. The cinnamon chicken episode was pretty classic too!
Bill Whipple The Campout is sooo funny. And Harriet and the kids end up with poison ivy (or oak).
And "The Creeper of Walnut Grove', where they dye Charles' hair green.
My favorite episode is the one where Mary goes to the blind school
It is so bizarre that at the VERY end of the two-parter, Mary realizes that Adam is blind also after Adams asks to touch her face.
We need to go back to family tv like Little House. I have the boxed set of all the DVDs and the whole set of books. I’m 49 and I still watch and read this series.
I watch it very day on cable channel 935 at 5 pm
😁😁😁😁
Can you find it on Sling TV?
Me too
M Mom I’m 46, and still watch, too!
My favorite episode is when Albert and Andy want to act like there men. They find berries to eat get shelter when they are getting wet in the rain. 🤗
And Charles and Jonathan are following them...
@@Kaemea The boys got taken in by the nice old lady and the men were stuck outside and got caught "prowling around" LOL, they almost got shot
And the fathers sucked at it!
I love the whole show. My favorite storyline was the fire that killed Alice Garvey and Mary's baby and the guilt that Albert felt after that that could have destroyed him. A story of redemption and forgiveness and love. Merlin Olsen was great in those episodes too. It was just an incredible series all the way through.
Albert was quickly forgiven.
The one w the fire 🔥 is one I cannot watch.
I watch little house every day for 3 hours which means I have to try and exercise ( walk) and start dinner before I sit down. Lol. It’s my antidepressant....thanks for this.
My husband and I watch an episode or 2 every night before bed, it's our 'quiet quality time' together after we put our boys to bed.
For those who think they can't find time in their day to exercise, just do what I do, if you're able to & if it makes sense for you: make your tv time your exercise time. For those like me who don't watch much tv but have something like nightly national news that we tune into, there's a person's 20-30 minutes of daily exercise right there. Exercising while watching something you would've tuned into anyways makes the exercise go by in a flash.
for me too . but i regret they never mentionned the subject of homosexuality in that show
I love how Hersha Parady has the baby doll. What a great sense of humor.
Hersha Parady recent passed away from a brain tumor.
it cant be her fav episode because she asked for a raise and ML killed her character in a fire lol
Glad Alice's favorite episode was like everyone's most terrifying and depressing episode hehe.
Still traumatized! Lol
got 2 agree. that was the worst.
Yes, and WTF?? is up with that old woman toting around a plastic babydoll?? That was some really creepy crap, then for her to forget her roll as his wife who left him and her son for the fact that she didn't want to be a farmer's wife anymore. But, the damn babydoll is really creepy for a woman her age to have some very serious issues!!! Lol!!!
@@jeaneneenglish2321, hmmm, don't you think the baby doll was supposed to represent Mary's baby that died in the fire as well? You know, the whom died while Alice tried to save it?
There were a few episodes that were pretty intense: the one I remember is when Laura was nursing a wild wolf in the barn and the townsfolk sent their dogs to the Ingalls farm to kill the wolf and the kids hid up in the hayloft while the dogs tried to get into the barn (and eventually did by digging under the door).
I agree about the winter scene with Mr. Edwards! He looked like a snowman! So funny!
carolina girl Wich is the name of this episode? I didn' t remember to have seen it.
One of my favorite was when there house was auctioned and they were able to buy it back touching episode..
one penny
Oh, I love that one. Charles thought his friends had sold him out, only to realize they always had his back.
My fav was any when Charles didn't have a shirt on god he was beautiful
He was a most handsome man with beautiful hair.
lol, also loved when he and Almanzo flexed muscle at the sawmill
I understand he was quite vain inReal life
what a wonderful God centered show too bad we have all this trash on TV nowadays

No doubt ! I must have seen every episode ! It was my favorite show after school everyday !
dooquidis4ever agree
We are living through a golden age of TV right now. Way better than the 70's
my favorite episode was were laria gave bunny the horse to nellie so she could get the stove for her mom and the one were nellie is in the wheelchair and laria throw her wheelchair down the hill and they find out the nellie was faking the whole time
Btw it's Laura not Laria
I just loved Michael Landon's heart. He venerated wholesomeness and preserved its legacy in his shows. I loved the man because of his work. And his friend Victor French who worked with him . That's two wonderful souls and I cherish that.
Agreed.... Great men and great characters ❤️

Carrie Gl yes, and I think the young Caroline was played so beautifully by that little girl.
My favarate I remember I remember that's sweet one
Nellie was my favorite character. She and her mother made that show
If I recall correctly, there was a latter season episode, or maybe a telemovie sequel, where Nellie and Laura encounter each other after having not seen the other for a few years. They put their dukes up and playfully say: "You wanns fight?" I loved that scene as a kid... even back then, I could appreciate that two rivals had grown past their childish pettiness with a simple laugh, and became friends.
@@martok2112 what episode?

My favorite it "Wild Boy". I love how Mr. Edward's explains in the end how we are all crazy in some way. And gets to keep the boy as his son.
Albert was my favorite brother he was qute & still he's handsome I still watching I have collection of them
Carrie and Baby-Grace had the two most thankless roles on the show. Even though Carrie and Grace Ingalls were REAL people. Landon chose to never develop them as characters, so they remained extras at dinner-table scenes. Instead, Landon brought in Adam Kendall, Albert, James and Cassandra Cooper, etc, none of whom ever existed in real life.
m.g. tow - I know! A bunch of strangers are brought in and are given bigger roles. Carrie was reduced to sitting in the background and saying “yeah” every time Albert, James or Cassandra made some long speech 😆. Grace just cried and filled her cloth diaper 🤢
@@redletter2008 Carrie needed a diaper at age 8. She must have had a chronic bladder infection or irritable bowel syndrome, as her role consisted of running to the outhouse at all hours, or wetting on floorboards.
@@redletter2008 lol! It's so true. All Carrie did was cry 🤣
My favorite episode was when Nelly told Percival that she loved him and he proposed, then they got married by the pond. They were made for each other.
Nellie fell in love with Percival after he dumped eggs on her head.
I think that was the same scene in which Percival said (after dumping the eggs on her head), "As pretty as you are, you don't need this restaurant to find a husband!" Nellie's whole demeanor changed forever, after that moment! 😂@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc

I watch this show every day on UpTV!, my fav is Christmas at plum creek!!!
Me too. Same station, and Christmas at Plum creek is one of my favorites.
Why is mrs. Garvey holding a baby doll
Her last scene in the series was trying to save Adam Jr. when the School for the Blind burned.
I have never had a daughter, I have two boys, so now I have a female cat named Laura Ingall’s. (I LOVE LAURA!!)
My first child is named Laura after Laura Ingalls x
Awwww! That’s awesome!!!!!!
I honestly don't have a favorite episode, because I just love all of them, but if I really had to choose, I'd go for "For the love of Nancy".
This was such a strong story, and I really loved it.
I'd also recommend "Look back to yesterday", because the acting was just incredible!!
Iris van de Ven look back to yesturday was so sad
@@cantbuyme80s Definitely agree..
“I murdered her”. Points to Hersha Parady. “Thanks!” 😂😂
My favorite episode is A Matter of Faith where Caroline almost has to cut her leg off.
Hard to say. ... remember the episode where Laura. Little Laura I should say wanted God to take her instead of her brother and she climbs the mountain? Such powerful acting for a small child. But I liked any episode with Laura and Nellie fighting.. also Mrs Olson ... the episode where she wouldn’t buy Laura’s grandpas book so they lied and told her that Mrs Ingalls was naked in it and she bought them all only to find out she was a baby! lol. Different times. Better TV
Wow! Alice Garvey actress aged beautifully.
I like the episode where Mr and Mrs Ingalls eat popcorn in bed.

The Whittier Housewife The fool’s gold episode. Yes. That was a good one.
For those wondering, they are:
Hersha Parady (Alice Garvey); one of the Greenbush twins, either Lindsay or Sydney (Carrie Ingalls); obviously Melissa Gilbert (Laura); Charlotte Stewart (Eva Beadle); Dean Butler (Almonzo); Leslie Landon (Etta Plum .... also Michael Landon's daughter); someone wrote below that the blonde next to Leslie Landon is Michael Landon, Jr.; and last but not least Matthew Laborteaux (Albert).
thank you!

Hello Mimsy, how are you doing?
The Morphine episode was my favorite too. Albert did an excellent job playing an addict.
Season 8 episode 7 The legend of Black Jake has got to be the all time funniest episode. I laugh so hard every time I watch it. Nells was my favorite character. Poor man got picked on by Harriet so much. I was glad to finally see him get some payback on her.. Lol
I watch that episode yesterday for the first time it was hilarious kept me laughing my head off.
There were so many heart warming, tear jerkers...too many to name. So, my favorite comedic episode had to be in the first season when Ma and Pa go off on a trip together and Mr. Edwards agrees to babysit the girls :)
fancy a bowl of rattlesnake stew? it'll put hair on yer chest! :D
I agree with Matt. My favorite episode was "May We Make Them Proud". So sad, and the acting truly shined through.
To this day my favorite and much respect to the whole cast and Michael Landon ! Hollywood lost a great soul!
Sweet 16!! My GOD How I loved Almanzo!! HUGE CRUSH!!
Any episode with Mr. Edward’s was always a favorite of mine Victor French was so perfectly cast he reminded me of my favorite neighbor in my childhood home ❤❤
Love this show. My roommate is addicted to it and literally watches everyday.
My favorite is when the Ingalls, Garvey's, and Olsen's decide to move back to Walnut Grove, and leave the big city. Mr. Olsen quits his job, gets drunk, and tells off his boss. While Toby's fireworks get set off in the saloon, and there's mayhem on the street. Haha
The Wolves was one of my favorite episodes. Edge of your seat drama.
My favorite episode was For the Love of Nancy when The Olesons adopted daughter, Nancy, takes advantage of a fat classmate named Elmer, who truly liked her .
My all time fav show!, I’m watching the reruns they play everyday !, I loved “Four Eyes”, when Pa told Mary “, Words do hurt, they sure do-Mary”! And also any episode of Nelly making fun of the ingalls!, that lil nelly and Willy were bullies way back then!
I love and still watch all the Little House shows but I have to admit that my favorites are the ones where Nellie meets Percival and how he changed her from a bully to a caring person..
