It would be fantastic if RDJ and Chris Evans returned to MCU as alternate reality/parallel dimension characters. Like if RDJ was parallel universe Bruce banner or Dr. Strange and Chris Evans as Johnny storm or Winter Soldier. Maybe the upcoming MCU "What if" project will have some fun with ideas like that

Doug Jones is just amazing. I was looking at a post celebrating his roles a few months ago and gotta say, his transformations are just so darn amazing. From Buffy the Vampire Slayer to Hellboy, What We do in the Shadows(tv show), Shape of Water, Crimson Peak, Falling Skies and Pan's Labyrinth. Just to name a few. He's also super nice and so down to earth.
Doug Jones has done several ScreenJunkies "Movie Fights" in the past. If you want to get more insight into him, personally, and like to hear movie discussions. I haven't watched Movie Fights in a long while, but they are immensely entertaining to have on I'm background like "the Weekly Planet."

Some just end with no conclusion because the Watcher says "That's it, time for everyone to go home". And then there's the times the villain wins... but Ultimate Fight of Ultimate Destiny in New York? This is the FF, not the Avengers.
I was actually a little upset when I thought you were going to completely tear this movie apart but was pleasantly surprised at how much credit you gave it lol. I thought Rise of the Silver Surfer (despite its flaws - Galactus being the biggest one) really captured the spirit of the comics which is super family-friendly! I get the family dynamic but to me a good F4 movie also needs adventure They are explorers first, superheroes second. The went on a space mission for the origin and then it’s just...indoors, a bridge, the streets...the second is slightly better but it’s still...a city, another city, a military base, the woods...it’s so boring, the comics had super powered moon monkeys within the first issues, now that’s the shit I hope MCU takes into consideration

Johnny Storm is one of the few things I kinda enjoy about these movies and I still, years later, find the contrast between him and Captain America amazing. Like, Chris Evans played the complete opposite character and did both well.
Fun fact: that cameo is actually based off a scene in the comic book of where Reed and Sue officially married in the comic. Where He and fellow writer Jack Kirby as comic characters attempt to get themselves into that wedding.
