To everyone saying the flood is not that deep you are the same people who drive through floods and then have to be towed out. Also I have many times seen cars get stuck in floods that deep and need to be towed.
If the water compaines still cleaned the highway drains there wouldnt be so many blockages but sadly all they care about is the dividents to share holders some water companys want to increase bills by 91%
