Raph does not want to hurt Mikey’s feelings. Raph would never, ever want to make Mikey cry. However, Raph, fundamentally, will never pass up on an opportunity to laugh at Leo. And he looks at that picture, and he can’t help himself.

I don’t even watch TMNT but honestly this is really wholesome
I highly suggest watching it! I am only familiar with rise of the tmnt rn but I think it's a good introduction to the franchise.
If u want, I also suggest watching the a season of the show on Netflix before the movie, that way u can really see how the characters grow + understand the emotional weight behind the movie. But u don't have to, things still makes sense even without the show lol.
