The work history pays hourly wages, as the worker previously worked more than eight hours to get more wages. In the new system, he works eight hours and receives a monthly wage according to the contract. If we ask about the number of jobs in the world and the number of workers who work with this system, we will find that the system is old, the jobs are few, the wages are weak, and the workers are few. And because there is a lot of need for work and the lack of jobs, there is a problem and this is what we want to talk about. There are many job seekers and there are few businesses and the system is old and has been completed Amending it in this way due to the same problem and we want to reconsider a new amendment to the system The system of work and workers. The worker works eight hours in our present time, does he do the required work? Does he work all eight hours? From here we will start. The duration of working hours on the previously amended system to be suitable for the worker’s ability to work, rest and return to work again, and for the employer, he wants the work to continue without interruption. The worker must stop to rest, and the employer seeks to not stop the work. What if we reconcile between the two sides at an intersection point that gives the worker and satisfies the employer, which is the working hours. The working hours have been reduced to eight hours, so what happens if we re-reduce the working hours from eight hours to three hours? It is a new amendment, what is the result? The worker will get enough time to rest and we will get more workers in the same job, competition will increase and skills at work will be highlighted, the worker’s accounting will become more accurate, we will ensure that all working hours work correctly and the owner is more familiar with the business and we will solve the problem of lack of work so that we have work One is three workers instead of one, and this is if we work only nine hours. It is noted that the workers do not work at the present time for eight hours, but the real evaluation of the work indicates that they actually work only three hours, and this is likely to modify the work of the worker to the proposed amendment. In view of the business continuity, which the employer seeks and demands comfort for the worker, it is also an old system, so why stop working? Because you have one worker in this job and he must get a rest to return to work, why shouldn't there be more than one worker in this job? With this, we can make the work continue. The working hours must be reduced to three hours, so that the worker works three hours and then leaves, so that there is another worker who works three hours and leaves, and so on... This solves the problem of unemployment and scarcity of work. We must mention the wage system, as it is monthly, so why does it not become weekly? So that the worker receives his wages every two weeks. The monthly system has become long, and the worker looks at the middle of the month, a difficult time for his requirements, as it is an opportunity for adjustment and motivation. Thank you

Change the jobs from 8 hours to 3 hours and send it for 24 hours. Each job will have 3 employees. If 24 hours each job will have 9 employees . That means everyone will have job.

Well how does he intend that more migrants won't raise housing prices in a diminishing stock already and they under cut wages as employers just get a recruitment agency to hire desperate forigners for peanuts instead of raises to attract workers.
