Unfortunately there are no stops at these places, they're mostly for achievements but you can re-route your trip to drive past them

I am new to game and trying to use game with Thrustmaster wheel, difficult to use wheel only like when I need to get out of bus to check in customers, help please
I'm not sure I understand, you can't use the wheel wheel your out of the bus. You need to use the wheel for driving and controller for everything else

How to access more vehicles?
What do you mean? There are 2 bus dlc packs that you pay for. Other than that there are no other vehicles
