Deep Ocean of Sounds I really enjoyed the reader and the sponge. Good thing i didn't see the sponge because i have trypophobia, wich is a fear of holes in various objects.

Hanna i noticed that too. their contents are quite similar. Like one time asmrsurge came out with a walking video and then shortly after that ocean did one too and that was not just one time. thats why i suspect they are the same person especially that ocean never shows himself

The brush however, I could feel it tickling the inside of my ear, and that is something I look for in these videos because I don't actually get ASMR. I like to actually feel the noise coming from my earphones.
Wallet is my favorite.. I love sounds of leather and so forth. Although I don't like the tapping of the wallet.. Just the squeezing and bending. I'm weird like that.. Tapping sounds are anything but relaxing for me

One of my favourite things about you is the fact you often overlay more than one recording of the same sound, so there is something going on in my left ear whilst something else goes on in my right. By no means is this video not amazing, it really is. I just love the uniqueness of the way you overlay your sounds usually, and wondered if you had changed it on purpose? Thanks, and really, I am not trying to be a dick, I am just a huge fan who listens to your videos so much that I notice these little changes 😂😂

Hey! Are those the Marshal Monitor headphones? I had the same pair, they're great! Besides the sound quality, the little coil in the wire is great. I switched to Bose QC5, and while the sound is better, I *really* miss the old Marshal cable. You don't know what you got 'till it's gone.
It's been long since your "last video" bc YOU ARE ASMRSURGE. Huh, that dummy head microphone/a prototype of it before it was even launched by you, soap & walking sounds during like same day on both channels, flawless quality, detailed & funny descriptions and almost identical equipment.
Hanna nope. They're different people. I think DOoS dude created the BE microphone and then sold it to a bunch of ASMR creators, like Asmrsurge and SoftAnnaPL and recently, ASMR Magic and AsmrSoundSpace.
But their content, quality, nationality and all stuff like that matches perfectly. And asmrsurge had a _prototype_ of that microphone (it looks different but is listed below with a link to that mic & sounds the same) way before softannapl who was the first person that doos gave it to + they have similar other equipment too. Just admit it, he probably only wanted to make a bit more complex sounds and visual content on asmrsurge, while doos is more of "pure sound".
Hanna Well, I am still pretty sure that they are different people. I mean, for example, (a) logically, if I were a content creator, I wouldn't put the same content (one trigger, two different recordings - no one has the time to do that if they also have a regular job and this guy seems like he has one - product designer maybe?) on two channels one day after the other. I think doing something like that would be completely pointless. (b) the two channels seems to have pretty different goals. DOoS seems to stick to having a simple image on screen in order to enhance our hearing sense by not having the need to focus and concentrate on what is happening visually (like how blind people depend on their other senses to comprehend their environments) while Asmrsurge seems to want to cover visual ASMR too. (c) DOoS gives the option of getting these recordings as Mp3, FLAC, etc. He has a /RUclips/ channel dedicated to mainly /Audio/. The only reason I can think of having a channel, focused on audio, on a video based website is that here he gets a bigger audience. And a platform to market his recordings. And if what you say is right, then he also has another channel, where he shares /videos/ with the same triggers but a different recording. My question here is, wouldn't that be a waste of time? Again, we see that DOoS is showcasing audio whereas Asmrsurge is showcasing both. If they were the same people, and if this guy was smart, Asmrsurge would have been the only channel, sharing his videos, and also letting us know that there is an option to listen to the audio only version (exactly as it is in the video) with links in the description to get the Mp3s, FLACs, etc. There would have been absolutely no need to create a different channel for *audio only*. Makes sense, yes?
I feel like the creator is a total perfectionist & wants to keep two separate channels for both kinda videos. Maybe he also wants to stay a bit mysterious. This is just my "conspiracy theory", but there are so many signs. If you see their equipment, they "both" use Roland CS-10EM, Rode NT1KIT, Zoom H1, PreSonus Audiobox and Acer Aspire Switch. COINCIDENCE? i dont think so.
Hanna you're probably right that he (DOoS) is a perfectionist. I still don't get why he would feel the need to have two channels (if he's a perfectionist, I'm sure he cares about time management). I'm a perfectionist myself, and I personally feel that having two channels to upload the same stuff will reduce my productivity. The usage of similar equipment somehow doesn't convince me. A simpler way to find out the truth though, is to just ask them directly. :D
Until one of them denies it, I'll still have my doubts. Just today asmrsurge made a video with a stamper...and ASMRsurge has the best video quality in the ASMR youtube. Maybe he uses different equipment for each channel.
degenererad Some people enjoyed the more aggressive and faster sounds. If you do not like it, then go to other channels who focus on more gentle sounds :) BrittanyAsmr is one of my fav when it comes to delicate gentle sounds! ^^

I liked the "mixing dense liquids" one, I think you should make the same video only with a wooden bowl, which would make the echo.

Oceans and Surge can't be the same. Surge has more bass in his vids.
That's the whole point, Oceans is based on pure audio perfection and Surge is just good audio (instead of perfect) with visuals too.
