➡️ About My Boats: The Hallberg - Rassy 312 was built for fifteen years between 1979 and 1993. Totally 690 boats were built during this time period. The HR 312 was a very popular model. Until 1986 the Hallberg - Rassy 312 Mark I was built, with the portlights in the blue stripe in the hull and with or without quarter berth. Models without quarter berth had an extra cockpit locker on starboard.

Teak deck will make the boat so, so beautiful. Few restorers would be willing to afford the coast. An HR deserves a teak deck.

+Bruce Kratky yes Bruce! I’m very rich to afford it!!!! Ah ah ah not true! I save money for a couple of years to get the teak deck and those guys charge me only the raw material... RUclips power!

Thank you enjoyed watching true crafts men at work, if i ever have or need a teak deck i want these guys to work on it. Pride in there work shows. I am supprised in this day age that there is not 3D / 2D drawings of H.R. boats as comeon as this available to allowe jobs like this to be done! Sure they could model this so if they ever have to do a H.R. agin they can work from plan. As all the boats come from moulds so cant be that diffrent? Or am i missing something

+al math hi Al! Thx for drop a line, yes 3D doesn’t work very well on the sailboat.. they told me that also the new one are never has the same and you need always to retouch the deck before glue. They make manually because for they are more fast and years of experience pay !!! Also for this hr didn’t leave the plan to make the teak deck

Hi Gabriele, It was amazing to see these gentlemen working in such detail. But I might think they weren't right for the job if they weren't so detail oriented. They do remind me of you since you too are detail oriented. I think that in the end you are going to make Ellos better than when it was new!
Oh, and I can't wait to see the new deck installed! Do you have an estimate of how much longer you have before the boat will be ready for the water?

+S C Yz hello! They are very prof and didn’t let any imperfection go. Normally they work also go 100 ft boat expensive too so Mac perfection as need. Of course for me detail are the rule😜! My plan is to go in the water end of next summer/ autumn too much to do for splash her before.. and I can work only Sunday e Monday....
