It makes u think , what if that would happen cos of covid-19? Like story of the game is about pandemic that spread from some infected money , and cos incubation was so long no1 knew it was there
You're right about this being a viral pandemic outbreak in the city, the story is about how a virus is planted on banknotes and leads to a number of major cities to go into a full quarantine lockdown. As a player, you're tasked with going into NYC to both bring order back to the city that has fallen to chaos, but also investigate the source of the outbreak of the virus in the city. The second game follows a similar idea, with the exception of being set in Washington DC.
Tom Clancy has this uncanny ability to predict what is coming. His novels to games and movies include The Sum of all Fears, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, HAWX and Splinter Cell to name but a few.
While the storyline might be a bit to close now than when the game was first released, the idea of telling the story withOUT the people was genius! Then the narrator explains that suffering is invisible and no one want to see it. WoW! That is an amazing way to tell a story and make a point at the same time. THEN the first person you see is someone that is trying to help, someone that CAN see the suffering, someone that is willing to do something about the suffering besides just look the other way. Then at the end they are saying "together we can ALL get over the most difficult things." Such a great trailer.
The story of the division is amazing. Ubisoft, the company, really knows how to hit you right in the feels. The division 2 story is just as impactful. Ubisoft gets alot of hate because the games usually fall flat when it comes to the game part, but for the most part the storytelling from them is amazing.
I loved your reaction. Watching this again hits me in the feels. Brings tears to my eyes. The game launched in 2016 and I’ve been playing this one and Division 2 ever since. I’m a huge fan and especially the first one. The trailers were immense. I’ve even dabbled into fan fiction I love it so much.
Tom Clancy was an author for a series of different books. Everything you see that has his name was something he made a story about, brought to the big screen or in video games. He passed away a while ago.
actually not. Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell is only Tom Clancy branded, with books released after the games. And the division was released after Clancy's death
The first time I saw this trailer, we were already in lockdown. It made me feel ridiculously emotional. I got on eBay and bought the game immediately, but not only that, I started looking at opportunities to help people who were struggling. There was a local volunteer page on Facebook for doing shopping and errands for people who were struggling or not capable of getting out and about by themselves. It’s a small thing, but The Division has really made me want to do more to help those around me, to be someone reliant and dependable, to try and become a person who others can turn to when they need it, or when SHTF.
If you want some character-driven stories with action and a bit of comedy, you should consider watching the Agent Origins short videos produced by Corridor Digital, Devin Supertramp, RocketJump and Ubisoft (each channel hosts on of the four videos). Ashes, Pursuit, and Conspiracies should be watched first with Escape being watched last.
Tom Clancy was an author of novels mostly pertaining to spec ops military and intelligency agencies and while never having been in either he's very intuitive with what he knows from public knowledge and what would logically make sense to the point that his works were not just convincing but some people (the U.S. government included) suspected he had classified intel
The helping part is my favorite part of the game. I played any Shepard missions (Player needs assistance missions) that came up. I would drop into players games and pick them back up, revive them, assist their mission until completion. Many players appreciate any effort to prevent them from losing out on a mission or having to restart it.
Oooh yes I've been waiting for this one, so glad you watched it! Still one of my favorite games and favorite trailers. Incredibly heartbreaking. The guys you saw with the flamethrowers btw, they're called cleaners. As the name suggest, they want to burn away the virus. Except to them it doesn't matter if you're alive or dead. They'll burn you all the same and they won't put a courtesy bullet in your head first either. Just a snippet of the messed up things that happen in this game. The division agents (which you play as) are pretty much sleeper agents that only get called when things are catastrophic. The ending cinematic is also fantastic so if you want, give it a watch. It explains the motivations of the guy who released the virus and what he did to make it so deadly. It's 3 minutes so might be good for another short reaction video too. Edited to mention that the trailer called yesterday is also really good.
I remember watching the trailer thinking, "holy damn that is cool, its unrealistic though and a pandemic of this scale would never happen".....now look where we are
A pandemic is one of the most likely ends of humanity as it currently is. Not extinction, but like a society/civilization killer. Like, it's coming. Diseases are constantly becoming harder to treat, super bugs are cropping up, and in a few decades we're gonna be pretty much fucked. Well. More fucked.
@@DomR1997 Usually, it is the destroyer of living things, having wiped countless species off the planet through straight extinction or nearly with attrition and then lack of or inability for breeding to finish things off. I'd say that it would've been the case most likely for humans also but virtually unlikely after probably early to mid 2010s as our scientific prowess has vastly increased exponentially as a species and in the grand scheme, we've just barely left the gate and not even close to the end to mention it. Let's say a disease threatened the human race, the current humans might die to mid-range degree in the poorer countries and much lower extent in first world countries initially until likely medical advancement either with R&D resources that came up with a therapeutic to cure or very least treat to the extent where there's no foreseeable death attributed and/or vaccination but a existential threat? Well, the generation birthed by then current-people would be inherently be immune through genetic manipulation. Frankly, because of recent scientific advancements (predominantly regarding fields of biology with genetics, computation with simulation or factor based system or scenario modeling, et al), the main reason for most sic vast majority diseases of viral or bacterial origin still existing is not for the lack of human ingenuity we can say. Sounds shitty but it's how things are due to the reality of scarcity or finite resources inherent in life and the allocation and//or inefficiency of resource appropriation. My opinions, of course.
I love this trailer and going back and playing The Division 1 & 2 during this pandemic is kinda eerie, sure society didn't collapse to the same degree but that is almost solely because thankfully COVID 19 isn't a Bioweaponised version of Smallpox that's been designed to kill Credit, where it is due Ubisoft seems to always pull off impressive Cinematic Trailers
Jason Bourne is not from Tom Clancy, but Jack Ryan is. The films with that character are with the exception for Hunt For Red October usually not very good, but I dig the Amazon prime series.
A part of the emotion being evoked without seeing any characters comes from the voice, tone and emotion of the voice actors and the overall soundtrack. It is something almost exclusive to the video format of the story and very very hard to replicate in the written format.
The division has one of the most realistic and immersive atmospheres and map design and attention to detail was amazing. Many many times i found myself standing somewhere just in awe admiring the absolute astonishing beautiful map they created in the division. Thank you very much❤️
There has been a movie adaptation of this in the works for a while (I think covid delayed it) with Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal attached. Game was meh, but the concept was brilliant.
@@williamchilders6363 you sure bro? Rawson Thurber who is directing has been interviewed recently and gave indication that this is still a full motion-picture not a series.
There are so many fantastic Trailers about The Division. Its about a viral epidemic ( called "The Dollar Flu") that started on a Black Friday 2015. Just go for it. And when you're finished.... The Division 2 is waiting. Oh by the way... in the Future there will come a The Division Movie on Netflix.
When you watch the other trailers for Division 1, and some of the expansions, go on to The Division 2 the current game and check those out. Yes its a pandemic themed game, but worse than what's going on now in RL....at least for now. On a side note, getting vaccinated here in Canada (Toronto specifically) has not been easy for many...including me, and I'm a frontline worker (RSW) in hospital. Yikes..
The Division 1 was incredible from a design and narrative gameplay perspective. The desperation was palpable and the world breathed. Mission progress and building up the ops center felt like real progress. That all faded around the 14th time I found myself farming the same 3 instances but it was great while it lasted.
wew your reaction mirrored mine when the trailer first dropped. I suggest watching another trailer for the Division, specifically called the story trailer from the E3 Ubisoft conference, or the opening cinematic for The Division. it sort of gives more context and background to the events that caused what happened in the trailer you’ve reacted to. That said, as a Division fan who has played both games, I don’t think it’s enough content to warrant a reaction vid though. The story trailer is mostly narration and more of an informatic if that makes sense? The Division isn’t really known for it’s story but rather the premise and universe it sets up, which is what is covered in the story trailer. The story trailer does make you take a step back and think that “whoa, this could actually happen irl at any time”. Despite having an actual campaign with some cinematics, the story is a little lackluster as it’s more “military/army-based”. All of the games that have the Tom Clancy’s title fall under this category and are based on special military teams for very specific events/situations (for this, called the Division. there’re also 2 other well established games based on the teams Rainbow 6, and Ghost Recon) and focuses more on gameplay/competitive elements, so not so great for reactions imo. Looking forward to your next reaction vid! :)
I really can't wait for whatever they do for Netflix. The story for The Division is great, the cinematic stuff they do is great and some of it is really brutal. The game however, ohh man it could be sooo much better than it is. If they do a movie the right way, it has some proper potential.
The Division is epic. It literally touched on the COVID 19 Pandemic on a massive (no pun intended) scale with a slight twist. But it is eerily similar. I love the Division storyline. Check out NGN's Channel, he breaks it all down and all the factions and etc. I'm glad I ran into this channel to see a perspective from a non-gamer! PEacE
Though i'm not a big fan of games with snow being present in 95% of the world The Division 1 was quite good and it's characters/gangs etc were quite nicely done imo.
I have a friend who stopped playing this because it hit too close to the bone. I have over 1600 hrs in The Division 2. Look forward to your reactions to it if you ever decide to react to it. In addition to the cinematic trailer within the game are found footage videos and you can find those online as well. They hit pretty hard as well as provide background lore on the various factions you fight against for control of D.C.
You finally watched my suggestion! xD I have thousands of hours into Division 1 & 2. Fantastic storyline. It was eerie playing the game (Division 2) while there was an actual pandemic starting. v-------spoiler-------v . . The virus in the game, nicknamed The Dollar Flu, was created in a lab smuggled out and placed on dollar bills which were then planted in tip jars inside the store of a mall in NYC. It began to spread like wildfire and wiped out a considerable amount of people. Society began to collapse and various gangs began to grow to large numbers as they promised food & security for their members which they would gain by use of force from those were just trying to survive. Paramilitary groups also spring up and patrol the streets terrorizing civilians. In the game/story you play a Strategic Homeland Division Agent. The Division is a classified unit of highly trained, self-supported tactical agents who are fully autonomous field operatives trained to restore order to communities suffering from catastrophic events, institutional collapse, and societal breakdown. Division agents, such as yourself, are embedded into society, leading ordinary lives until they are activated (via wrist watch that lights up when called upon). They are a civilian agency whose members do not train or deploy like military units. The ultimate Division agent is loyal, versatile, able, and fit. A good immune system, a proven ability to think on your feet, and the mental fortitude to make the tough calls are essential. They are pragmatic and direct, capable problem solvers with a natural curiosity and ability to take action. Every Division agent is expected to possess a self-sacrificing, "first responder" mindset, one that places community above self. To this end, candidates typically have some background in community-oriented or protective services: healthcare, military, or law enforcement; security, rescue or intelligence work; or some combination thereof. But beyond this service preference, the Strategic Homeland Division seeks agents who come from all walks of life. In the story you begin to unravel the mystery of how it all started and realize that it's only the beginning.
I haven’t even heard of this game before. The storytelling where we only see the aftermath of what happened instead of what actually happened is really interesting. Very well put together. I know you said you’re not interested in gaming, but if any non-gamer is interested in starting, I recommend starting with a 3D puzzle game like Portal. They are good for getting you used to moving around in a virtual space and getting used to a very important basic skill: camera control. As for you, HannaH, thank you so much for showing me your reactions to this game. I just discovered your channel and love watching your reactions to games I’m familiar with. Death Stranding was my first video of yours. I love that game and seeing your confusion during it made me happy (we were all very confused until finishing the game). If you wouldn’t mind watching the other trailers... they flesh out this incredible world a bit more, though you still won’t know what’s happening. Very interesting visuals though. I’ve also noticed that you don’t care much for blood and gore and didn’t see another game on your list. Only if you’re interested, I would love to watch you react to a trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake. It’s a steam/cyberpunk fantasy environment with so many characters! And you’re an author! I will definitely check out your book. I’ll give Magic Required a shot (when I get paid). I do love me some fantasy novels that aren’t set in a medieval time period. Gimme some machines with that magic! 😁 Anyway, long comment is long. Thanks for sharing these wonderful reactions. I’m off to watch more!
Haha, love the shirt! I remember watching that moment live and thinking, "That's a meme." Thanks to my love of the Witcher (games, books, slightly lesser extant show) youtube brought me to some of your videos. Love your energy! The Division has interesting world building, but the game itself isn't great, which doesn't matter since you're never going to play it! Anyway, keep up the cool shit!
I really hope we can get another Division reaction. Such an amazing game and all of the trailers are just so perfect. The Dark Zone, Cinematic, Story, and Survival DLC trailers are the 4 that stand out the most though imo
One more small thing about the timelapse not showing any people, I think, refers to the way you explore the aftermath city where the stories you find along the way are only through fragmented hologram and audio files, so there's no real visual, just what's left
Yeah, I didn't want to be the one to tell you but there's a Division 2 NOW. I did about 5,500 hours with Division 1. Division 2 is darker (in story) Div2 is just over 3 years old at this juncture. Released March 2018. Currently at 6,700 hours with Division 2
i'll have to say lol because, you are a writer and Tom Clancy was a novel writer but when you said if Tom Clancy was a mysterious action figure, i dropped dead laughing. keep up the good work
The Division has an outstanding and possible plot. My mom loves seeing me playing this game! The game actually makes you think about how fragile everything is.... then C19 came and prove that again.
the og The Division has one of the best atmospheres in games. The Division 2 isn't that bad, but if The Division had The Division 2's updated graphics it would destroy it with it's atmosphere.
A suggested video for the Division 1 is The Division 1 intro cinematic. It will give you a quick plot run down (What happened, how it started, who and what the division is)
This is one game I don't feel bad that she doesn't play. The division was fun for a while but after 40 hours I cannot imagine doing all the same things again in the sequel
There is a short 30 min video about the origins of the division agents, an actual 30 min show. I believe it’s on Amazon, just 1 episode I guess you can call it
Division 1 and 2 story and gameplay was awesome. Oh, and there's a live-action Division 1 agent origins movie shorts that's like 30 mins or 50 mins long by the game developer Ubisoft that's pretty awesome. Doesn't have any relevant involvement with the game's story but as a standalone for entertainment, it's a well done and worth a watch.
Just want to point out that the only thing the Division games has in common with Tom Clancy is his name. Nothing here is from any of his books. Ubisoft loves putting his name on their games once they acquired the rights to do so. Though I think he co-wrote one of the Splinter Cell games.
They released a survival guide book.. and it had notes in the margins wrote by someone surviving in the world... I really interesting way to do story telling trying to peace together someone's mad scribblings.
Well, don't know about the algorithm, since i got this video in my feed, as a seasoned division and division 2 player.. ;) I started later, first with 2, then changed to 1 in between, and returned to 2. There are more other movies, even played with real people. But you're reaction was good lol. Imagine my reaction when i needed to go emergency hospital last year and find the situation somewhat like in division. The air tight sealings on the doors, the security and such... That gave me shivvers.....lol But still it's definitely not like Jason Bourne lol
I remember buying this game while I was waiting for Wildlands to release, it was over 50% off on the Ubi store. I didn't know anything about the story of it, onky thing I searched upwards to see if you could play single player. I really enjoyed the story and gameplay and was hooked, played through the main campaign in a couple of days. And I met some good friends through the game both PVE and Dark Zone. Div 2 was enjoyable to for the story once you collect the lore in game. NGN does the best lore videos on the Division universe.
Hey Hannah the other Division trailers to react to if you haven't already watched them in your free time are: Tom Clancy's The Division - Story Trailer - E3 2013 Ubisoft Conference THE DIVISION - Yesterday Trailer Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Official Cinematic Trailer | E3 2018 Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Opening Cinematic All of them lay out basic story lore and are very powerful cinematics.
I really like your reaction I am a big gamer and I love when non gamer get interested in a hobby I love since I was young. Keep it up I am not a big RUclips guy but maybe I'll pop in more often.
A truly brilliant game I have spent hundreds of hours in. Still finding little hidden details that humanise the campaign and make me want to murder every bad guy I see. When I found the echo of a little girl comforting herself talking to her dolly after her family died at the hands of looters and the pandemic itself the tears were real. There is still nothing out there like this.
The fact that this actually predicted the Coronavirus Pandemic years before it happened… it’s insane. You need to watch the 2013 reveal trailer and see how damn close it is.
A little bit of context and background of this story. This game takes place in a modern day timeline after that year's "Black Friday" sale. A Bioengineer terrorist manufactured a strain of the smallpox virus which while smallpox in it of itself is really bad, the Bioengineer tweaked the virus to make it significantly more deadly. The virus contains traces from six separate pathogens: Dengue, Ebola, H1N1, Hantavirus, Marburg and swine flu (itself a strain of H1N1). He would then distribute the virus onto bank notes (or paper money in simple terms) and circulated it during days leading up to Black Friday. This would be named "the Dollar Flu" or "Green Poison" prior to ALL THIS though, the American government wrote a secret bill into law known as "Directive 51" which formed an extremely secret agency called the "SHD" or "Strategic Homeland Division" or as its always colloquially recognized as simply "The Division". This agency consists of NUMEROUS secret sleeper cells Imbedded into average society that will be only activated if EVERYTHING ELSE FAILS. Their mission goal is very simple. "Save what remains." These agents are basically given complete and total autonomy and no restrictions once activated and are instructed to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to bring back law and order. The players or "agents" fight against 4 (5 actually, sort of) separate factions and they all have their own ideas of taking over New York City. The Rioters: pretty self explanatory, Anarchists and desperate people. The Cleaners: A faction consisting of sanitation workers and pyromaniacs who are trying to "burn out" the infection.. and infected. Anything that has made even slight eye contact with the disease will be torched with flamethrowers. The Rikers: Named after Riker's island prison, these guys are escaped convicts wearing desecrated police gear and are hell bent on turning NY into their own personal playground and killing ANY symbol of law enforcement. The Last Man Batallion: This group is probably the toughest enemy faction in the game. Consisting of either active or reserve personnel and the occasional radical right wing conservative and the other occasional "join or die" and chose to join out of fear. Wearing snow military camo and outfitted with the most powerful and advanced weapons and technology available. Their goal is similar to our goal, but in a totally brutal and iron fisted way. Rouge SHD agents: this one is tricky to explain, because they're not really a "faction" per se, but more of a rare case individual per person sort of thing. It's a mechanic where the player can choose to go "rogue" and kill their fellow division agents for the sake of that sweet sweet loot. Its essentially just a mechanic to justify a PVP system and it forces the player to be sort of "wary" of other players. It's a way to add drama and to show that a conflict like a pandemic can make people make bad decisions and stab others in the back for the sake of survival. Lastly the player is not "totally alone" (not including other players) and is teamed up with a group called the JTF (Joint Task Force) which consists of NYPD, NYFD, and American National Guard.
The green poison or something like that I can't really remember the name it's been a while since I played but if you paid the game making meal Channel you barely start playing in their shows you how it all started
The division story is awesome! There is a lot of good cinematics but if you want to get a good idea of the setting the 2013 story trailer and the intro cinematic of the division 1 are some of the best
If you want watch more The Division (1) stuff, then start with the "Tom Clancy's The Division - E3 Breakdown trailer [EUROPE]", then "Tom Clancy’s The Division - "Yesterday" TV Spot [EUROPE]", "Tom Clancy’s The Division Official E3 2015 Trailer [Europe]", "Tom Clancy’s The Division - Official Live Action Trailer "Silent Night" & finaly the "Tom Clancy’s The Division - Opening Cinematic"
I've seen people recommend some official stuff from Ubisoft to watch and they are great things you should watch but there is also a sponsored fan project called Agent Origins. Its 4 videos on 4 different channels but are all interconnected with each other. They were scripted by Corridor, the guys who made the Assassin's Creed Black Flag fan film on the pirate ship, but the writing was adjusted for each channel's normal style of video. The one on devinsupertramp is less guns and fighting but focuses on parkour, the one on RocketJump is a bit more comedic action, the one on Corridor's channel is the usual high quality action movie style we get from them, and the one on Ubisoft North America is more comparable to an action/drama kind of thing. They do kinda have an order to watch, 3 of them(Pursuit, Ashes, and Conspiracy) can be watched in pretty much any order since they happen at the same time in different locations, with the 4th one(Escape) being the interconnected finale. There are compilations on RUclips to watch them a one longer video or you can watch them on each of their individual channels(you should just be able to use the search bar on RUclips). They do a decent job of showing what kind of people most of these Division Agents are and the variety of backgrounds they can come from.
That's really the apex of story in The Division, it's a good game but it was not known for it's great storylines. "A slight change in administration" Giiirrrrrrrlllllll.... understatement of the century.
Thank you! Your videos are bringing me smile on my face! :) And I was thinking. This beginning of the trailer. How could we use similar style on medieval scene. Maybe in dark fantasy like the Witcher setting or something similar with monsters. ( well humans can be monsters as well. ) Cool, cool, cool! My fire started burning so bright right now! :D Wish you the very best!
You have to watch the trailer that shows how it all started then you will understand this one. I'm a Division fan and have been playing since the game came out. It is definitely shocking how this game came out years ago talking about a pandemic and now ere in the middle of one. But definitely watch the other trailer that tells how it all started...

Oh hell yeah. Really good game, second one as well. The trailer is really good for its age and its meaning is really scary ! The game almost became a true scenario and I wouldnt be surprised, if it would actually happen eventualy. So, I would really recommend to watch the full (4 episodes) live action short called The Division - Agent Origin. I guess there is like one 30m video with all 4 shorts put together. It is done by Ubisoft, it is actually official :) Aaaaaand, it is inevitable I guess, trailer for Division 2 reaction is coming ? :D

The Division Agent Orgins is the live adaptation of the game. It's about 40 minutes long, but a really good watch.
I love this trailer and going back and playing The Division 1 & 2 during this pandemic is kinda eerie, sure society didn't collapse to the same degree but that is almost solely because thankfully COVID 19 isn't a Bioweaponised version of Smallpox that's been designed to kill
Credit, where it is due Ubisoft seems to always pull off impressive Cinematic Trailers
Oh hey I worked on this game albeit just as a lowly QA tester! I'm so glad you enjoyed the trailer for it!
Jason Bourne is not from Tom Clancy, but Jack Ryan is. The films with that character are with the exception for Hunt For Red October usually not very good, but I dig the Amazon prime series.
If you enjoyed this, you may enjoy trailers from the Metro series like Metro: Last Light or Metro Exodus.
I second that suggestion, especially for the Exodus.
Thank you very much❤️
Netflix has actually bought the rights to make a division movie due for release in 22
😃
There has been a movie adaptation of this in the works for a while (I think covid delayed it) with Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal attached. Game was meh, but the concept was brilliant.
Netflix is taking it on as a series
@@williamchilders6363 you sure bro? Rawson Thurber who is directing has been interviewed recently and gave indication that this is still a full motion-picture not a series.
There are so many fantastic Trailers about The Division. Its about a viral epidemic ( called "The Dollar Flu") that started on a Black Friday 2015. Just go for it. And when you're finished.... The Division 2 is waiting.
Oh by the way... in the Future there will come a The Division Movie on Netflix.
REALLY? I bet covid is stalling that project tho.
I was hooked on the game as soon as I see this trailer and the dark zone trailer. The attention to the story and characters was so good.
wew your reaction mirrored mine when the trailer first dropped.
Thank you so much!
PEacE
Love watching NGN and Mastermind's Division 1 and Division 2 storyline and lore videos.
Though i'm not a big fan of games with snow being present in 95% of the world The Division 1 was quite good and it's characters/gangs etc were quite nicely done imo.
This is one of the best reactions you've had so far, you went HOMYGODTHATLOOKSSOGOOD
I have a friend who stopped playing this because it hit too close to the bone. I have over 1600 hrs in The Division 2. Look forward to your reactions to it if you ever decide to react to it. In addition to the cinematic trailer within the game are found footage videos and you can find those online as well. They hit pretty hard as well as provide background lore on the various factions you fight against for control of D.C.
top 5 game trailers of all time in my opinion. god, The Division is such a good game
And then you get into the actual division community...
Love your reaction! Just FYI there's a movie or show in the works for Netflix.
Exciting and scary!!
Yeah, Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain are set to star in it.
You finally watched my suggestion! xD
I have thousands of hours into Division 1 & 2.
Fantastic storyline.
It was eerie playing the game (Division 2) while there was an actual pandemic starting.

Anyway, long comment is long.
Bourne is Robert Ludlum but Tom Clancy is within that sphere of spy, techno-thriller genre
One more small thing about the timelapse not showing any people, I think, refers to the way you explore the aftermath city where the stories you find along the way are only through fragmented hologram and audio files, so there's no real visual, just what's left
NGN Gaming has really good story videos from what transpires in the games. Not a cinematic but still good. Agent Origins is a fan film that’s cool.
Yeah, I didn't want to be the one to tell you but there's a Division 2 NOW. I did about 5,500 hours with Division 1. Division 2 is darker (in story) Div2 is just over 3 years old at this juncture. Released March 2018. Currently at 6,700 hours with Division 2
i'll have to say lol because, you are a writer and Tom Clancy was a novel writer but when you said if Tom Clancy was a mysterious action figure, i dropped dead laughing. keep up the good work
Crazy! I played the crap out of Division 1 and also Division 2. Never remember seeing this video. 🤣
It will give you a quick plot run down (What happened, how it started, who and what the division is)
This trailer is epic. So amazing. Always gives me goosebumps.
This is one game I don't feel bad that she doesn't play. The division was fun for a while but after 40 hours I cannot imagine doing all the same things again in the sequel
There is a short 30 min video about the origins of the division agents, an actual 30 min show. I believe it’s on Amazon, just 1 episode I guess you can call it
The division games are my favorite, it might be interesting to see you react to the enemy factions
They are making a movie for Netflix and Amazon prime has a mini movie called agent origins, which is worth watching!
The Division Nexflix movie is going into production. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain.
Still gives me chills watching something so great the division team all the way
They made a movie based on the game. It is set to be released on Netflix later 2021.
got this game on day release and still play the last stand expansion every night
I still play Survival and global events myself.
@@krazeytrucker I never really play survival if I'm honest, maybe when it first was released but not since then
Just want to point out that the only thing the Division games has in common with Tom Clancy is his name. Nothing here is from any of his books.
Ubisoft loves putting his name on their games once they acquired the rights to do so. Though I think he co-wrote one of the Splinter Cell games.
They released a survival guide book.. and it had notes in the margins wrote by someone surviving in the world... I really interesting way to do story telling trying to peace together someone's mad scribblings.
till this day one of the Best Trailers ever created
I Played this game a lot. Actually was the game I played most.
I get really emotional while you was watching this Intro
Well, don't know about the algorithm, since i got this video in my feed, as a seasoned division and division 2 player.. ;)
I started later, first with 2, then changed to 1 in between, and returned to 2.
There are more other movies, even played with real people.
But you're reaction was good lol.
Imagine my reaction when i needed to go emergency hospital last year and find the situation somewhat like in division.
The air tight sealings on the doors, the security and such...
That gave me shivvers.....lol
But still it's definitely not like Jason Bourne lol
I remember buying this game while I was waiting for Wildlands to release, it was over 50% off on the Ubi store. I didn't know anything about the story of it, onky thing I searched upwards to see if you could play single player. I really enjoyed the story and gameplay and was hooked, played through the main campaign in a couple of days. And I met some good friends through the game both PVE and Dark Zone. Div 2 was enjoyable to for the story once you collect the lore in game.
NGN does the best lore videos on the Division universe.
It was super weird going back and playing this game in June of 2020
There are a series of live-action Division story videos that all end up interconnecting in the end. I'd suggest watching those next.
tom clancy was an amazing militay athor, he sadly died a few year ago but ubisoft owns the rights to make games with his name on
Hey Hannah the other Division trailers to react to if you haven't already watched them in your free time are:
Tom Clancy's The Division - Story Trailer - E3 2013 Ubisoft Conference
THE DIVISION - Yesterday Trailer
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Official Cinematic Trailer | E3 2018
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Opening Cinematic
All of them lay out basic story lore and are very powerful cinematics.
I really like your reaction I am a big gamer and I love when non gamer get interested in a hobby I love since I was young. Keep it up I am not a big RUclips guy but maybe I'll pop in more often.
🙏🏼🙏🏼 thanks for stopping by! Hope you come back, even tho you're not a big RUclips guy 🤗
I realy enjoy the talk about the story telling. As an author she brings alot of perspective there.
Tom Clancy wrote the Jack Ryan series, which is in the same vein as Jason Bourne
I hadn't seen this trailer, so well done!!
I’m pretty sure Tome Clancy made the book for it but he’s also behind Rainbow 6 siege (It’s a special operations game)
Tim clancys books have been made into so so so so so many movies.
And now games.
Division trailers are all pretty good for watchin too.
Only game from Unisoft that i actually liked .. still playing D2 to this day and can't wait for the New content later this year
The fact that this actually predicted the Coronavirus Pandemic years before it happened… it’s insane. You need to watch the 2013 reveal trailer and see how damn close it is.
Yooo you should totally watch The Warlords of New York trailer of The Division 2. It's so good.
Yep makes me feel
Old man it was just yesterday I was in highschool playing this for the first time with friends
half the feels are the music imo. every time
A little bit of context and background of this story.
Man I miss the cleaners from D1 they had the best plan burn it all
That's really the apex of story in The Division, it's a good game but it was not known for it's great storylines.
"A slight change in administration" Giiirrrrrrrlllllll.... understatement of the century.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I thought it was funny.
This trailer and Dead Island's trailer are my favourite video game trailers.
I've played both of the games and loved them. Imagine them as a movie.........
The story was awesome, yes it's a pandemic...gameplay was also awesome...but the game...had so many problems...
This trailer makes me cry everytime😭
You have to watch the trailer that shows how it all started then you will understand this one. I'm a Division fan and have been playing since the game came out. It is definitely shocking how this game came out years ago talking about a pandemic and now ere in the middle of one. But definitely watch the other trailer that tells how it all started...
Definately should watch the rest, there is quite a few trailers & even a short-live with real actors kinda things.
The game company ubisoft is really good with their story telling and character building. The Division was done by Ubisoft.
Watch Tom Clancy’s The division live action from the channel corridor, it’s awesome to watch, but I guess I hope you enjoy it.
Edit: I forgot to put in the link, here it is. ruclips.net/video/GQ1gKVuQ3Rk/видео.html
I do like their stuff.
Great T-Shirt choice, Hannah!
Thanks! I made it!
