Walmart doesnt pay me enough to go through all this... not even sure WHO bought this machine. I do love it tho...❤❤ we use it to help raise money for Children's Miracle Network amd Hospitals.
Usually yes, but if the wires don't simply pull off, try firmly squeezing just behind the square end of the wire's connector while pulling to help release any built in latches.
Got a boneyard of these machines we got six of them three of them down we’re on the next three are replacements from the warranty we have one that spins gets hot but burns the cotton candy mix and just barely makes any cotton candy but it’s burnt cotton candy any ideas let me know much appreciated
We're sorry the machines have been having problems! For the one that's burning the sugar, this sounds like a failure of the thermostats (two white parts underneath the head). If the burned sugar can be cleaned off from the surface, then replacing the thermostats should get it working correctly again. Otherwise, the head will need to be replaced. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance: vivo-us.com/pages/support
If the machine does have bad vibration even when empty, it will likely need a replacement spinner head. The machines may have some vibration, but it shouldn't be much.
If new brushes are needed, please contact our customer support team about purchasing: vivo-us.com/pages/support The brushes should be contacting only the copper slip rings. If they're touching and of the plastic above or below, bend the supports a little to properly align them. If the slip rings appear to be dirty, they can be cleaned by burnishing with a tool such as a fiberglass pencil to restore the copper shine. You may also want to check the spring tension of the brushes by unscrewing and removing the rear caps from the brush holders (removing the caps also allows changing the brushes). the caps can be unscrewed using a penny or other coin.
Do newly replaced spinner heads give off a burning plastic smell the first time it’s on? I just replaced my spinner head and decided to give it a test run and after letting it heat up for 10 minutes I smelled an odor like melting plastic. Is this normal?
It shouldn't have any plastic odors. Was it cleaned thoroughly before use? If so, and if it's still giving an odor like this, please contact our customer support team for assistance: vivo-us.com/pages/support
How do you take off a heating head that is too sticky to come off with brute force. Been trying to rip this heating head off for 3 hours tried WD-40 but still not coming off

@@tylerphillips5456 yes it took a lot of strength and a hammer! I had to unscrew the carbon brushes and then take the axle that the head was spinning on off. We're sorry the machines have been having problems! It's possible the problem with this machine is actually the safety switch located underneath the front-left bowl latch. When the machine does not turn on, try lifting the latch and pressing the switch underneath by hand. If this starts the machine, then simply bend the switch out of the machine a little more. This should allow the latch to fully press the switch and get the machine working consistently. If this does not work, please contact our customer support team for further assistance: vivo-us.com/pages/support
