The robot was originally programmed as a medical bot. Even though it was reprogrammed to harvest organs it would still handle other medical needs first
In the end, the Ghoul realized that he has just lost what little dignity he had, that he is only ugly and strong now. From war hero and movie star to this existance.... quite the fall.
I was brand new to the Fallout universe as well I absolutely love this show and everyone's reactions to it
Ghouls are an uncommon mutation of Humans in the Fallout universe, so when such a person suffers lethal radiation poisoning, they didn't die but turn into ghouls.
Ghouls have a strange healing ability so they age extremely slowly and can survive on stuff Humans can't and have high tolerance for drugs and damage etc, but the healing ability doesn't work on their skin and brains so over time their skin sloughs off and they lose their minds and go "feral".
While radiation increases their healing ability it also usually worsens their mental degeneration, this is why feral ghouls are often found around high radiation zones.
Feral ghouls are extremely dangerous as their are so fast, strong, resilient and usually found in large cannibal packs, but don't harm other ghouls feral or not.
A rare form of ghoul is a "Glowing One" they literally glow from absorbing extreme radiation and can blast out radiation which harms humans and heals ghouls.
The "super dooper mart" folks seemed to be using ghouls to make the "ghoul vials" somehow, I think by using ghoul brains/nervous systems and "rad-away" (anti-radiation drug). The vials seem to slow or stop the mental degeneration.
@@silverbladeTE Lightening fast. In Fallout 4 I remember pulling out a sniper rifle to snipe a ghoul in the 'distance'. After my first shot triggered him he was on me almost before I could load the next round.

Pardon me, I’m going around requesting people to watch the series Sweet Tooth, because I really enjoyed the third season but I noticed no one had uploaded a reaction for the season finale. I was disappointed so I hope you two could check out the show since I found that many stopped watching after the first season😅 Thank you!
We did do season 1 and it is on the channel but the views didn't make it worthwhile to continue into season 2 and beyond unfortunately. We have limited time to watch the shows so unfortunately, we have to pick and choose. We did enjoy season 1 a lot though.
