So it will be more helpful in both application level in nursing and also in exam point of view. It is more interesting to listen to your video lecture than reading it from book. Hello mam Mam I am confused in one thing.while applying the theory in application ,can we make any nursing diagnosis or diagnosis should also be based on theory ? Like orems theory is related to self care deficit that means diagnosis should also be related to self care deficit or we can make others too?
Hi Kusum, for certain theories we can make many nursing diagnosis as the concepts and the phenomena are general....especially for grand theories and also for few middle range theories. Example: Peplau, King's, Roy's, Neuman's, Johnson's etc. But for certain theories you can make only specific. Regarding Orem's theory, I shall make a video. I think it would help to clarify your doubts👍😊
