My Grandma live to 95 and didnt like drinking water. She drink just a little bit. I like water myself, i dont feel right if i dont drink enough. I use to drink a gallaon a day because i sweat so much at work and my skin always glow.

@@texturedpress201 I try to drink at least 4 bottles a day. I need to drink more. Well, when I was drinking a gallon it took about 3 weeks to be able to get used to it. It got to appoint when I was half through with a gallon in 2 hours because it was so hot and I was sweating at work. The gallon I drink everyday was done through an 8 hour shift. So I probably drink more than that in a 24-hour day. I noticed different types of water made me piss more. Alkaline water and mountain water were the best for me less pissing.
@@atthespeedoflife2150 we've always heard great things about mountain water. Your bodies ability to hold on to nutrients from the mountain or alkaline water and allow you to secrete less is impeccable. We need to all try and drink waters with the most nutritional value! Where did you purchase your water? Hopefully it can be helpful to those of us looking.
@texturedpress201 I used to get it from this store called Ingles right here in GA. I can't remember the name because they stopped selling it a couple of years ago. The best water I ever have. A lot of people don't know, different water makes a difference for the body. Some think water is water, nope.
