Abandoned Shepard's Gold Mine and Forgotten Tunnels - Sudbury Ontario

- We set out to find the old Shepard's gold mine that was active in the 1960's. We then ended up trying to find 3 more tunnels (adits) in the sudbury area. Exploring in the deep snow isn't the best idea!

Great videos of exploring Sudbury. I grew up there and lived there for 28 years and had my share of exploring mainly in New Sudbury. The woods behind the cemetery on Lasalle. I remember visiting the old water dam many times and other great locations. My last Sudbury visit I headed up to Wolf mountain.
Thanks man! And there's so much to explore around sudbury it's crazy! Just gotta know what you're searching for! I do know of the dam you're talking about, been there a few times myself!

Yikes! Good thing it was the middle of winter and frozen! Least there would have been no falling cause it is flooded!

It's near Skead Ontario. And yes I've been to the Long Lake Gold Mine before (adam) my buddy Jay hasn't. But this spring we will be doing a adventure video out there hopefully before the clean up begins!
