Homie, if you want a recommendation for getting shit off your old HDD, try a program called Disk Drill. When mine died, I used that to get a bunch of stuff off of it.
Gunsmith Cats has really great car chases. Shame it's an OVA only. It deserved more episodes. The manga is more rough with the criminal setting. Rally I think is a streetwalker.

I hope that one day this style of drawing girls comes back, at the time there were several animes with this style of eyes and facial expressions, I particularly like Ozanari Dungeons which also has this similar style in the protagonist
