Also you don't want to be distracted or disturbed with TV or any type of work or projects in your bedroom now. This is a sacred place for you and Maya. Remember that. Please do it right from the start. Later on it may be difficult to implement. I'm saying all that to guide and probably reinforce what you may already know. " We live and learn. "

My comment will be to move the youtube studio downstairs and keep upstairs private. Do not take people on face value. You guys are young well-to-do couple. Be prayerful God bless.
@ItsZandra - that's exactly my thought. They seriously need to consider moving the youtube studio downstairs or even create a well-furnished shed/tent outside the main house. They have good hearts for doing all of this in support of their fellow beings but unfortunately, not everyone shares the same view point as them. Maya and Ms. Trudy, please do not get delusional, get real and move the public studio and Maya's PR space/ outside your own living/sleeping space to avoid troubles down the road. This is pure wisdom. Had I know, they say, is always at last. Act now.

The builder needs to hire a designer to help with the kitchen. Such a big house located in a private estate should have a state of the art kitchen. Excellent presentation, Miss Trudy.
Beautiful house , needs a little bit of a woman’s touch . Please I would advise you to move the room for content creators to the room downstairs, so that anybody that comes there to create content would not need to go upstairs . You need your privacy and I know that it can be done . It is also your personal abode , so protect your privacy

💯% agree. The downstairs kids playroom would be suitable for the content creators. I saw it had an ensuite washroom, which is ideal. The downstairs office would be suitable for Maya's PA as well. The entire upstairs floor should be your family's intimate and safe space.
I think the only room which should have a tv is master bedroom for two of u in case u want to watch something together, no other room bec2 people will lock themselves .
Another room for tv is living room were everyone is to bring all together .
In case u have kids don't give them tv in there room it will take them from u and everyone
The house is beautiful but it needs some touches ..u can incorporate flowers and ants....new curtains and female touch..... Orca decor in Ghana is the best place to shop for house appliances

Its such a dream house. Personally when you have kids moving the PAs bedroom downstairs would be a clever idea because as a new mum or in general going down stairs almost everynight when a kid is awake at 2am is not so fun. And privacy as a family in future that all the rooms upstairs belong to your family. I love the natural lighting and the Pool and the fact that its a quiet place with security and all amenities❤️

I guess that is what she meant. Wait to start a family until you are ready - just because a lot of Africans shuck up and start unplanned pregnancies/families doesn’t mean that it’s the norm or the best way to go about things. Here are two young well mannered educated children of single parents (LET THAT SINK IN - both unfortunately lost one parent while still young!) both from humble beginnings doing the right thing - if that’s not an excellent example- I don’t know what is!

The master bedroom needed a walk-closet. It should be much larger and the TV should be across from the bed.
The house is very unique, it just needs alot of interior designing. Also, I feel like every room serves its purpose, having a working area in the bedroom feels disrespectful to the purpose of the bedroom which is intimate bonding with your partner /spouse. But then again, to each his own.

The house is truly amazing. Needs some womanly touch. I would also recommend transferring the RUclips studio downstairs or even outside the main house if there's such a spare space.
This is a very good proposal Trudy. The studio should be transfered down stairs or completely out of the house. People should not be allowed to go upstairs for security reasons.

It seems it's a promotional tour for the development. There is noting in the space that indicates she and WadeMaya actually lives there. No pictures of them , nothing. She's promoting this. Plus she doesn't seem familiar in the space and the things in there.

Love the home but the interiors will need more of a woman's touch like plants, carpets, decorations etc.
Congrats Trudy and Maya , you have a lovely home. I can't wait to see it fully decorated with African art mixing elements of Ghanaian and Kenyan cultures. Kenya has some beautiful Kisii Soapstone pieces and Ghana beautiful carvings etc. Also paintings and the throw pillows using elements of Kente and different fabrics. I just love to decorate and I love that your place has lots of natural lighting .
