Hi Jyotsna, you should peel skin of this fish....It tastes good as it will absorb all masala else it will stink...For Ladyfish, sole fish and Croaker, skin removal is a must!!.

Thanks for the tip.. but we never had it without skin my mum used to cook this way itself it does not smell though
