Love 😍 it. Love the Mangalore Kannada. Sounds so much better on the ears than "gatta" kannda. Also, only manloreans / SK / NK people can appreciate bangude.
The only suggestion is to not fry the bangude too long. Fish cooks very fast as it is mainly protein. Two minutes fry on each side will suffice, IMHO.
