Another great collab! The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapata just perfectly hits that slow burn sweet spot for me. And you're so right about the Eidolon pronounciation! Way better your way. :)
Great recommendations! I just added 3 of them to my TBR. I read Keeper of Enchanted Rooms by Charlie Holmberg earlier this month and really enjoyed it. I know it is not a slow burn, but I believe it is one that you reviewed earlier this year. I was glad to see you have recommended another one of her books. I can't wait to read it.
I just finished Butcher & Blackbird and the romance/activities actually takes 4 years to begin. It takes like 75% of the book to get there too. It was an interesting book for sure. Can't think of cookies 'n cream ice cream the same way after reading it lmao. Great video though!
Yess, so many good ones! I love I Married a Naga, too! Also, I completely agree that Butcher & Blackbird is a slow burn. I really need to read the Grace Draven trilogy, I'll bump it up on my TBR. Thank you for reaching out, Beccie! 🩷
I love a good slow burn! I recently read the serpent and the wings of night by carissa broadbent and I really liked the slow burn in that one. I also have twisted games on my tbr wishlist because I like the bodyguard trope a lot. I'm happy to hear it is a slow burn too!
The queen of collars! Thanks for putting this together. And I’m so happy I have a rec that can bring my love of snakes to the next level 🤣 Also Radiance is such a good one 💕 i honestly thought that book would have no spice because of the set up 😅
Omg girl I do the same thing. I always get nervous people will say no, even though in my head Im always like “omg yea!!!” So Im others are the same. I still have to try Twisted Games!
I sometimes think people are too cool and wouldn't want to collab with lil ol me, that's why it's taken me so long to ask you haha. Twisted Games is perfection wrapped in a spicy bow
I recently got asked to a fake dating collab and wasn't able to since I don't read it too often but I will say keep an eye out for one showing up on Booktube from others I think in June.
Oh my gosh my vibes filming my beach recs were off too! 😩 so rainy and cold! Loved your recs! Especially the first mermaid audio one 🤩🏖️
I married a Merman is so cute
@@BecxReadz definitely putting it on my commute audiobook tbr!
Omg I just noticed I commented on this video and I think the beach one! Hahaha I’m watching this slow burn one now 😍
Thanks again for putting together this collab and including me! ❤️🫶 I loveeee the Regine Abel series so much 👏
Thanks for joining. ❤️

I've been avoiding MZ's books cause I've heard they're sloth level slow burn lol

I'd totally say Enchanted Rooms is a slow burn, glad you enjoyed it.

Oh dang It was 4 YEARS!!!! That's slower than I thought. Def a slow burn then.

Oh I hope you do read the Wraith Kings series, it's just so good
I can't wait to read Radiance, I love slow burn! Thanks again, Beccie for my copy for my birthday!
@@books4everafter hope you enjoy. It's very low angst so who knows if you'll like that.

I need to give serpent and wings a try.

I love this collab!! Finding new books to read. If you ever wanted to do a fake dating one I would love to see it! ❤. Great recs!

so many good books!
I loved the heart of fae😍, and I have got to get back to Regine Able. That series is so good.
Yess, I'm behind on the Prime Mating Agency I need to catch up
