Please, what if someone does not have job experience in the healthcare administration field after graduation?

Do you feel it’s best time now to gain the skills and wait till job market gets better before applying for jobs?

Hi Alea, it really depends on your goals and needs. You should always be learning or expanding on your skills. The job market does fluctuate but I recommend you apply according to what your work needs are.

Alea, I agree with Dr. Owie - there is always opportunity to be gaining new skills and to learn. In the economy that we have (assuming you are in the U.S.) I would recommend taking advantage of the job-seeker friendly market. Healthcare jobs specifically - the highest demand in many if not MOST states... whatever you do, just keep focused, and KEEP asking questions. You don't have to do it alone (something I learned a bit late), so look for mentors who can guide you. :)
