- "I'm a Gummy Bear" - four words that haunt all who hear them. Released in the early years of RUclips and becoming a viral sensation on the Internet, this singing animated gummy bear would get many more songs, a TV show, and more in his attempt to take over everything.
The Gummy Bear Song is catchy, but in the most annoying way possible. You don't wanna listen to it, yet you do. How has Gummibär managed to succeed this far after he was originally created?

I used to freaking OBSESS over this song back in Kindergarten and Elementary, and I specifically remember my teacher putting on the Just Dance Kids version of the song on the screen when we're about to do an activity.
I also looked at videos called, "Spongebob sings the Gummy Bear Song", or something along the lines of that.

Years ago, my sister worked at the concessions for our local movie theater. There, they would often play this Gummi Bear video on the TV screens every few minutes...it drove her crazy
I know all of us get annoyed of baby shark but we have to realize that we were like that with this song

My headcannon: The gummy bear (I’m just gonna call him gum) was a part of a gummy bear tribe in the island. One day, however, the island fell short on food so Gum set out to get more food for his family and friends. While exploring the new world he decided to sing, a hobby that Gum enjoys. Many people overheard him and instantly became famous. He was soon able to get cool shoes and clothes too. Now he came back and told his tribe that he made it. The end

Simple, it was a random annoying cartoon bop, just like crazy frog, it was too catchy. Also baby shark, those properties always works, though of course they are the OG's

My 2nd grade teacher used to play the song for every brain break.
Back then it started as a ring tone you had to pay for (good ol' timez) probably this ringtone was purchased so well the producers started to recognize they could melk the cash cow even more so they made a full song out of it and then translated it into English to appeal to a wider audience.
The video was a massive part of my childhood. Im from 2010, i remember having a DVD with a few songs. The ones i remember are Choco Choco Choco, the OG song (Im a Gummibar) and Bubble Up. idk what happened to that DVD, but i can just watch it on RUclips

Oh god this brought back a very foggy memory of me somehow finding this song. One minute I was playing some sort of game and the next I was watching the Gummy Bear song. I stared blankly at it the whole time (or was it only part of the video? I don't remember anything other than the white room) and when it was done, I was just like "Okay," and clicked away

Way back in 2006 I brought the Gummi Bear CD and four CD singles. I still own the CD's to this day. In 2013 I ripped the Gummi Bear CD's to mp3 format and I have the songs on my iPhone 12 512GB Pro Max and 2020 12.9" 1TB iPad.

I went to a Dan Zanes & Friends 4th of July concert at the SiriusXM studios back in Summer 2014 hosted by one of their DJs Absolutely Mindy Thomas and while Dan was making some last-minute rehearsals and walking into the concert booth, Mindy had one of the kids sing a few lines of the Gummy Bear song while Zanes was finishing up rehearsals and ready to do his concert.

being the weird kid i was i watched like every piece of video content i could get my hands on at the time with gummy bear. i would watch the video over and over in languages i didn't understand (the og was incomprehensible anyway) which is how i found out some languages existed as a wee 5 year old, i would watch videos where people had put color filters over the original or whatever, i watched a few of the other songs he made. he's one of the first pieces of youtube content i remember viewing, a core memory from my early childhood. i drew crude pictures of myself going on a boat to meet him for some reason because i stanned him that hard. i never knew about a tv show or all the newer content mostly because i lost interest as soon as i started watching, well, videos that WEREN'T gummy bear, so only being enlightened with that knowledge now as an adult is such a surreal feeling

I haven't really heard about the Gummy Bear guy in years honestly. But I do remember watching their music video back in 2009 and stuff.
I also remember the one with the girl bunny singing about how much she misses her friend and how much he loves him or something like that as she hugs a carrot. I remember seeing a comercial on tv about them selling a cd album of the rabbit's album. Although, I probably think it's a spin off of the studio who made Gummy Bear.
