Love the idea of using fabric, makes the journal durable as well as beautiful. The blues and mint doilies are very eye catching. Good job Irene. And when I get mine completed I will title it "Irene Projects I Want To Do" : ) ...may need a bigger book ;)

I love this idea. I have not made a journal yet but I am collecting things...I force myself! I am going to look at the other channels that you mentioned but are the pages inside envelopes too or do you only use that for the cover? I love the idea of the material because I love to crazy quilt so I have lots of bits of fabric I could use. I've kinda shifted from sewing to paper at the moment, time to stop collecting and start doing.
