Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Spotting 2018

- Spotting on 4/22/18 @ (FLL/KFLL) Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, this features what I could catch in the morning hours. Last time, I did a little spotting here while I waited for my ride to Miami, but this year, I wanted dedicated the morning to this airport. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. Because of this, many things did not go as planned, and ended up leaving earlier than expected. I do plan on returning to FLL for a full day of spotting in optimal weather conditions. Great video. I'm surprised operations were continuing with a funnel cloud nearby. And that B727 is no longer registered and stored there at FLL from what I could discover.

What else besides better weather would've you wanted? You captured almost everything there was to view. The funnel cloud and its rotating vortex was a slightly different topic. Even the small ones like that can a very dangerous. I couldn't determine whether it was over the coastal Terra Firma, or actually out over the ocean. It didn't appear to have touched down anywhere. The infamous Allegiant Air; they fly into my neck of the woods three days a week. They're best known for old aircraft, which have come from Europe, and on their 4th. ownership by the time Allegiant ends up with them. Allegiant isn't known for a sparkling maintenance record. I would say Boeing made aircraft pretty much have their run of the airport. Yes, there were some other manufacturers represented; I.E., turboprops and the like, but some form of the B-737 NG was the mainstay. Great video!
Their newest planes are direct purchases from Airbus.

I love fort lauderdale airport plus planes that land and sometimes takeoff on runway 10r pass by my school
