The event was delayed by what the party says was sabotage from external forces, as their buses arrived late. #Newzroom405's Juniour Khumalo has more.

Then suddenly 9 waisted years are now not a collective decision. Last few weeks we saw Fikile Mbalula taking about how they protected Zuma during the same 9 waisted years.
