Long time fan favourite 'Jimmy and the Photocall' live at The Phoenix Concert Theatre.
From December 3rd to 5th in 2003, Broken Social Scene performed the three sold out hometown shows at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto. The band had just returned from a tour that took them across the US, UK, and Europe in support of their sophomore album, You Forgot It In People. This performance was captured during this residency.

Incredible.
I asked Kevin if he could play this song to open up at the Grand in San Francisco back in 2005…they did! I really love this song.
i was there at that show being stoked they played this one. thank you ❤
Yes!!!!!!
I remember this!!!! Incredible memories. Didn't expect this one. Thank you
What a tune
Just saw them play in Toronto last night and it was SO great ❤❤
I've been checking postings thinking about getting into a band and someone listed this as an influence. I've heard of them a few times and I'm so glad I finally checked them out because it's elevating my day so much.
Beautiful
Thank you! I only had the Lollapalooza version before this but this is EPIC.
“Aaalright!”
I missed your show in Iowa because of last minute changing plans and I fear I will always regret it. thank you for posting this incredible performance. I dont think I even knew it existed
I don't know what this says as about me as a BSS fan ... but "Old Dead Young" is my favorite record of theirs. Even though it's more like a 'collection'.
But what's dumb is no Jimmy, New country or All the Gods three of their best ever songs.
Just cassette tape? No 8-track or reel-to-reel?
