A Little Less Broken was one of the best books I've read this year. I felt like I was reading my own diary. As a late diagnosed autistic who has also moved around the world to try to 'fit in' it was uncanny. I also had my mom read it and she loved it. If you can, please let her know how much this book has meant to me and people like me. It also helped my mom understand me better, and I am so grateful for that.
So glad you are doing Vlogmas again this year! Jealous of the Powell’s trip. And you didn’t spoil Woolens & Nosh…we all have different starting colors this year.
I read "No Idle Hands" when it first came out. I now have it in my treasured knitting books library. At the same time this book came out an Anglican Bishop wrote a book about the history of knitting. I went looking for it a few years ago. It is not available, and if you find a used copy they are several hundred dollars. I loved reading 'No Idle Hands' you will look at American history differently after you read it.
slowly catching up, i'm so happy you're doing vlogmas again this year! I feel like i could get lost in powells for hours lol
Your hair is so cute, and I love the red glasses with the black dress. Thanks for sharing your book picks! Happy Knitting!

@@EmtothethirdKnittinghahah I had the same reaction when I was watching another vlogmas. Mine started with a limey green.
