The amount of wipes is incredible, it a wonder the drain wasn’t clogged solid all the way to the main…or maybe it was!!! Great job as usual!!! Love you guys!

If the customers had to pay to have the wipes pumped out before making it to the mains, maybe they would stop using them🤨

I hope they gave the homeowner a good talking to. Just shouldn't be happening at all.
You should change the homeowner $1 for every wipe . Everyone knows those things are not to be flushed.
They definitely should but who’s going to go through and separate each individual wipe 😂
What amazes me is the amount of ignorant morons who still flush wet wipes down the toilet, our mains drain near us is always getting blocked so the water people sent a letter round to all the households to say do not use wet wipes, it has improved but still get wipes clogging the system.
Jem really in his element right there. I’d say that he videos where drains are blocked by roots are by far the most satisfying ones, not sure what the rest of you guys think but I think they are amazing.
Wow ! How many Wipes was in that 3rd job!?!? People should have to pay extra for blocking a manhole that bad with wipes!

I’m a huge fan from the USA, I was curious on how you work out the payment for your services, do you give the customer a bill to pay while you’re there or do they call in to pay the office? Satisfying as ever! Tiny suggestion - might it not be a good idea when getting the roots out to have a couple of large buckets/tubs lined with bags ready on the side and then there would be far less clear up required?

In that last video, I think every flushable wipe in the UK was in that clean out!! Those roots did not help but now the customer knows that ''flushable wipes'' might flush, but do not degrade the same as regular toilet paper. It happens here in the US also.
I'm guessing it's not just me that flinches when gunk starts flying at the camera

I hope there is an additional fee for clearing wipes. That amount of wipes from one household is ridiculous, and when it takes that long to remove them, there should definitely be an extra charge.

A post hole digger would be ideal to get all that sludge out

Do you ever use a double delver that closes to grip soil when digging a hole, would pick up that instead of using your hand and risk of falling in a hole😂
