I feel the same about Whole Foods! I went there for the first time just a month ago and I was not impressed. I love my local grocery store more too! The only thing I liked that I bought from Whole Foods were the Cheddar Chicks crackers for $3.99 for an 8 pack! Love watching these pregnancy vids! Just an FYI - Tums is a quick fix but actually makes the heartburn worse over time. If your doc approves, Gaviscon tablets are much better.

Hi med student here so take everything w a grain of salt…my first thought was that this could be plantar fasciitis… feel like it could be worthwhile to see ur doc!! That’s my first recommendation. They can recommend foot stretches for you or you could look up stretches online. Also orthotics in ur shoes and avoid walking barefoot as much as possible. And rest!! For sure try not to do any activity barefoot again. Could take a while to feel back to normal but I think getting ahead of it is a good idea and after delivering you should see improvement too!! Hope this helps mama❤
