      ಸಿಗುತ್ತೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ D ತಯಾರಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಯ ನಂತರದ ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಕಿರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ UV -B ಇರುತ್ತೆ

      ಸಸ್ಯಾಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ತರಕಾರಿ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳ್ಲಲೂ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ D ಇರಲ್ಲ. ಫುಡ್ ಫೋರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ D ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಕೃತಕವಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಹಾರದ ಲೇಬಲ್ ನೋಡಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಿ. ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಕಿರಣಗಳಿಂದ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ D ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
