Greetings from argentina! It's been 4 years since i hace found you online! Nothing to say but thank you, Jeff! You are such a bless. Especially when im touring, or far from home. Gracias!!!!
Thank you very much !!!!!! such a complete workout and it goes progressively so it's kind of gentle! PS: the minor exercises is the thing i'm looking forward the most in your videos, keep up the great work !
Great question, David. It depends on when things happen. If I have lessons to teach early in the morning, I'll try to wake up early enough to warm up, but I'm not always successful. Before I record these videos, I usually run through the exercises myself before I commit to the format of the warm up. That ends up being a warm up, as you might imagine!
21:16 And, of course, those MP3s are available through your preferred podcast player, so there’s no need to download to your phone before you head out 🙂 (You should mention that some time, Jeff!) 🙏
What do you recommend if the exercises around 13:30 starts to get too fast for me? Should I keep doing it anyways or not? It sounds pretty much like a huge legato when I'm doing it haha
The notes will become more defined as your ear catches up with your voice. You have to try to anticipate the next note of the phrase (in the exercise and in our songs!) Great question!
Thank you, I watch this video every day for warming up.
That's awesome, keep it up!
Thank you for looking out for us baritenors 💛🧡
You're welcome! My pleasure!
Jeff

I heard "Hellooo, Baritenors..." before I even clicked play. :)
😂
5 years working with you! Thank you
I'm a baritone so I don't go all the way up with this but having the keyboard visible is a big plus for me -- thank you!

Thanks a lot Jeff! You're helping me to discover my voice. And that's is priceless. Best for you!
Wonderful! Thanks for subscribing!
Good warmup. Was just wondering, do you warm up before you start to teach or perhaps before you record one of your videos?

Hi Jeff, thank you for a new series of warmups! :-) (I miss the keyboard that shows the notes)
Thanks Nam! I appreciate that! I'm sorting out the keyboard thing! I'll do more of those asap!
Thank you!
Yet another fabulous work out for the Baritenor vocals, thoroughly enjoyable. Is there any chance you could include the real time piano?
I'm going to sort that out. I don't have realtime piano/MIDI for this video I'm afraid, but I'll get it sorted. Thanks for your kind words!
Awesome warm-up video!

Thank you so much Choral Tenor! I always appreciate seeing you pop up here or in the chats! Thanks for your support and thanks for mentioning this!
Jeff, thanks to you (and practicing by singing along with The Wiggles), I actually sing in front of people now.
