Do you need to fill out a pre-authorization form? When i called asking about violin lessons they told me that those may require pre-authorizations as they havent seen violin private lessons before.
Does this mean the music teacher does not have to be listed as a provider? I would like to take on a new music student and I am not sure if I have to go through the process of registering with stepupforstudents. Thank you for the help!
