Nice one... But a thought I wanted to share... All the pulses have something called Tannins and Phytic acid , which are difficult to digest. Hence, it is advised to soak them for some time to breakdown the long molecular chains of these compounds. If that is true for elder people, it is more than true for infants whose digestion system is just developing. That’s the reason, traditionally, baby food (home made cerelac) was made from sprouted beans and pulses, which were dried and powdered. The process of sprouting breaks down the long molecular chains and makes it digestible (especially for babies) ..May be you should try sprouting the pulses.
