We could also guide the creator to check the ad settings so that the ads only happen a at the beginning and end, considering this is not for during your sleep but rather BEFORE, or so says the name 😊
What type of meditation makes you smarter?
Speaks to fast nit enough time in between each statement to repeat them in my head need to slow down a wee bit so there is enough time to repeat affrimation
Have enjoyed your videos previously but trying to listen/meditate on this with all the ads is impossible..

Don't listen to this video because your vibration will be interrupted by an advertisement just when you fall asleep. It spoils everything. Obviously the uploader really doesn't care about you.

Brain was given to use sound judgement! To tune it in... is an antenna. You can't love the one's who spirit is getting rid of with karma on ERth tho and the one's who receiving back what they put out... so we gonna love evil spirited leaving... and go to another realms. They gonna be transmuted / transformed by love in hateful out. 😂😂😂 I can imagine a worl with love, but also we have to allow and detach from hateful people so they can exit this reality !
It doesn’t work. Therapy would be better to unblock subconscious thoughts that are in the way. I wish someone would have told me this a long time ago as I stacked up RUclips meditating videos like these.
