Great video. I used to know German to a degree, but lost most of it, and now I'd like to refresh it quickly before my trip to Germany. I just discovered these videos and so far I love them - they give an opportunity to listen and get used to the normal conversational speech in a way no book could. Great addition to any course. One question - I see video 4 and 6, where is video 5?

Yes, please don't stop making them, they are soooooo perfect! There is no other resource like them. I'm not studying German in school, but I am in the United States trying to learn it on my own and I can not tell you how helpful this is. It makes it possible and enjoyable. Do continue.

this could be a good topic for discussion between German and American teachers. I would also invite Polish teachers as well. The Poland follows a very similar attitude to the USA. I'm Polish living in Germany so I'm able to compare it quite closely.
For one thing it is really embarrassing that we live in a culture depending on alcohol which is a powerful and destructive drug. On the other hand I do believe that we parents have a duty to prepare our children to deal with this problem.

What's to be angry about? These people are doing a brilliant job. Easily the best language lessons I've come across so far and not amateurish in any way. It's just a slice of everyday life.

I wish you would open your heart and open your mind to enjoy the world. There is nothing like cold languages, no German and no other languages. There is only your helpless clumsiness.
Thank you for all your hard work.. excellent initiative and excellent method. Its more natural. Normally after a typical german course we understand the words but not the accent. Your course also helps us to know the accent better and makes learning more fun...it also acqaunits with different types of ppl in Germany, their thinking
Germans know how to pretend !They r tought to be friendly as to give to someone instructions or responds however reality when u meet them better its much different!!people made from ice in my opinion!!

Exceptionnaly great video - it shows not just the language of the German people but the humanity. It is a way to peer into life as it exists on a day to day basis.
Hallo! I started to learn German so soon and just explored your page. It helps so much. Although I don't understand the whole dialogs without subtitles, I catch words and some easy sentences for now. I hope I can get better with it soon. Schönen Tag noch!

+Jan Koranda Falls du die Buchstaben ß, ä, ö, ü nicht auf deiner Tastatur hast, dann kannst du folgendes tun:
ß = ss oder sz
ä = ae
ö = oe
ü = ue
