I must 100% agree with him! At first I made the mistake of buying another manufacture's headlights. I was a little disappointed on the brightness of the high/low beams to start but my biggest problem was the fact that my Silverado came with led turn signals. When using them and you have your running lights/headlights on you suddenly would get hyper flash. And they offered no fix. The point of me saying this to everyone is because Alpharex DOES HAVE a converter kit that will fix this. Not to mention all the effects you get besides the sequencing turn signals. Oh and the headlights themselves are as bright as the factory ones. I will go as far as saying that the high beams are 10 times better! You are able to see things that are so far away. I was blown away by that. We have deer crossing the roads all the time in PA. I was actually able to see them before I was close to them. Time for some boostauto mirror switchbacks! I Installed them into my mirrors and it totally changes the look of the truck!
I bought the blacked out novas for my 17 2500. The DLRs actually look extremely sick in daytime so bright and just stands out. Extra for the black ones but im de-chroming mine, line x ranch hand bumper, not sure which one I got it used, sandblasted and line-x'd it, seems thicker steel than others, but line x really makes it look thick, and the lights with it shine right through it and sooooo bright I don't know if it's the brightest I've seen, but I know my lights are brighter than any ride that's passed by me yet. Adjusting them is not fun. I had to use a long small flathead screwdriver and hold a flash light through the same hole to see and twist it up one click at a time. Really was a pain

Daytime running lights make a difference. You can't argue with that. You Will notice a car coming at you with lights on before one without. Even if it's a fraction of a second. Use drl 's

I also have a 08 but it don’t look like your truck, I have a snow plow and I pull a 5th wheel RV in the summer, need to keep it low, up here in Buffalo it’s a war with rust, your truck sure looks good!! Semper fi!!

Looks super good! Up here in Alaska you half to have daytime running lights soooo but the orange reflectors I think look good matches the leds in the bottom of your tow mirrors! Been following for awhile this truck just looks better every video!
These lights are by far the nicest ive seen on a 3rd gen, so clean.
It’s probably the best option out there for the price and SO much better lighting over stock crap. The Luxx series with 2 eyeballs is just as good and you can save some money.

They look awesome. Good choice on keeping the chrome. Maybe get another set of the vinyl white eyebrows. I was just looking for new headlights the other day and was on the there site. I like these and the Luxx series, but man, I can't afford $1200 or $700 headlights unfortunately, if I go with them it'll probably be the Pro series which the price tag is a lot better on the wallet.

i have a 2006 ram 3500. tried just an led bulb one time and they didnt function right at all. They would work on High beam only with the truck running. Wouldnt work at all with the truck off. Any issues with this set up? ITs totally plug/play? 950 is alot of cash. thank you

All you had to do is tap in to the positive side of the turn signal wire and it would have all worked

I just installed these lights on my ‘08 2500 two weeks ago. Can’t complain about light output, but aiming and aligning them was a pain.
Are there two adjuster per projector? or are low beam "linked" ?

I had to drill two access holes to get to the adjusters. I used a Milwaukee bit that made a nice clean cut. I can get you the item if you’re interested.
...yep. I've already installed mine and the driver's side is way too high. I know I'm blinding others and need to adjust but am not looking forward to it.

Hey bro I have a question about that tap u did , I got a 2021 jeep renegade and I can't get my led bulbs to stay on. I already installed a anti flicker resistors and still nothing ..I would like to kno how u tapped it or where u tapped it at to get 12 constant volts and still use your headlight switch
U need to look at ur fuse panel slots and see which fuse is headlight activated

Are the bulbs serviceable if one of them fail?
Im going to try your method of tying in the power from my led bulbs to the fuse block. I tried led and Hid bulbs they would cut off when the truck was started. So with your new headlights was you able to just plug it in without tying into the fuse block?
100% plug and play no wiring or nothing
Had mine for 2 years. It's a nightmare. Had to replace mine 3 times for Bad wiring, faded lights and not working at all first time. For f150 I do not recommend.

I have a 2011 2500 6.7 turbo diesel crew cab I got for $5000. The guy was tired of upgrading it just wanted what he had in it. He lost his job due to the Kung Fu flue and needed money so I jumped on it. The lights flicker and the driver's side light doesn't work. This video helped with what might be wrong. I'm waiting to get a better bullet proof transmission for it. I have $10,000 to spend what do you recommend?

Hey bud what size lift you have because I'm trying to figure out how far from the ground my headlights need to be on my 06 mega cab with a 6 inch and 35s guy before me put new headlights and didn't adjust them so one light is up further than the other

Yeah, these ebay spyder lights look good, but are absolute shit. If they put decent projectors in them they'd be great. I'm getting a set of these Alpharex now. I think you can set stuff up using alfaobd or appcar by setting the headlights to "HID" to combad the flicker.

I didn't set the lights up straight away, the guy coming toward me had to shield his face they were that bright. I needed to pretty much bottom out the adjuster on each light. Totally amazing.
Did you have to upgrade your Pinon gears on your diff when you did your lift and tires?
