Hi, i didnt receive any email from optimum verification. What does it mean?
but the bill was settled. Its been 8 days now but still, havent receive any email from optimum verification.

My experience sir.. sce for new member 5days. Already recieve my email to optimum
..but still (in progress)

I just noticed in my Optimum account that the status is now CLOSED, do you think how long will it take for SCE to release my certificate? Or what are the next steps? Thank you for your guide, it really helped me.
