Thanks. My Dart is difficult to start after warmed up and sitting for about 15 minutes. I suspect the float is set too high and flooding.

Float level is the last thing I check for flooding unless it is way off. Do you smell gas when stopping. Look down the carb after turning if off to see if gas is dripping from the venturi.

Fuel Delivery Issue: Even though you've replaced the carburetor and fuel pump, there could still be an issue with fuel delivery. Check the fuel lines for any blockages or leaks. Ensure that the fuel filter is clean and not clogged.
Ignition System: While you've replaced the distributor, wires, and plugs, there may still be an issue with the ignition system. Check the ignition coil and ignition control module (if applicable) for proper functioning. Also, verify that the timing is set correctly.
Vacuum Leaks: Vacuum leaks can cause engine stalling. Inspect all vacuum hoses and connections for cracks, leaks, or disconnections.
Electrical Issues: Check the battery and alternator to ensure they are functioning properly. Faulty electrical components can cause intermittent stalling.
