The reason is 63% is because of the equation is (4999/5000)^5000 = 0.37. And if we take 1-0.37 we get a 63% chance. This is why people can kill 5000 and are not guaranteed the loot, yet why some people can get 3 in their first 5,000 kills. 63% of people will get *at least one*, but the rate amongst all players should still be 100% (or close to it). your drop rate math is atrocious... to get a single scroll by 1233 it's be 21.87%=sum 1/5000*((4999/5000)^n), n=0 to n=1233 that's summing up the probability that you get the drop on each of the first 1233 kills.

the lesser demon one is probably the most aids. they don't drop bones so its hard to calculate how many kills and also they are relatively high hp.
