I have been doing FBA for 3 months now and I would definitely recommend you use larger boxes for UPS. You can put up to 63 x 63 x 63 and the cost is the same as a smaller box. So for your sales you might have saved upto 60/70% on ups fees.
Been studying up on Amazon fba for a minute now and I'm glad I got recommended your video. Seriously, you seem like the average joe and you gave a good job explaining every little step you took and it all felt inspiring. Props on the video man. Subbed. 👍
I been doing this for a few months, pretty much made most of the same mistakes as you have, jumping right in to Amazon is the best way to learn 100%. You will soon learn to think outside the box as every man and his dog sources in B&M, HB, TK Maxx etc and when you analyse the deal at the time it may look good but these are national stores & everyone else is doing the same thing so you will end up either in a price war or sitting on stock. Also avoid deal sheets as they look great at the time but same thing happens. You have to find the hidden gems & be a lone wolf in FBA. The gems are there. I have been buying a Video Game for £30 in a national store & selling it for £69.99 on Amazon. I have sold 25 units & not one other person is doing it. Keep it up mate & share more videos :)
Reading through the comments I think a lot of people are getting arbitrage sales and wholesale mixed up it puts people off I think, good informative video well done 👏🏼
Really informative and honest video, thanks! Really makes me think I made the right decision by developing my own product and building my own brand. Really hard work during the research and design phase, and getting the first few sales and reviews, but I've never had to touch a box or label... or had my room full of boxes!
Nice to find a honest video - there are so many Amazon videos on here going on about making £1,000,000, a month. I’ve made loads of mistakes selling on Amazon
Just started sending in our own branded goods to Amazon FBA, so will see how it goes! I like the idea of the protection that the Amazon Trademark Registry gives however so no one can copy or piggyback similar items without us being able to take legal or official actions under the laws of infringement/passing off, also important to note we registered designs for our goods to reinforce the protecton, but we sell in a specialised market of goods, now moving into clothing
@@whocares5188 Sorry, not quite sure what you mean, if you could elaborate further I can answer that, we obviously have our own brand and registered trademark to ensure Amazon controls the distribution channel so only we sell our own goods, and obviously on eBay it's a case of protecting IP which have found to be very important
@@kitpimpuk7949 I think he means that all beginners are gated (not able) to sell anything. However if you are ungated in a certain category you're able to sell products from that category.

This technically isn’t real Fba, it’s arbitrage. FBA technically is sending wholesale amounts to amazon directly from the manufacturer (usually alibaba). You would have made more by doing pure FBM in this case. There is a way to calculate which is better on the same page for adding a product. I do FBM and eBay, and just started FBA.
You’re a real inspiration your videos. Especially like your ones talking about Amazon flex which I am seriously considering doing. Keep up the great video as mate. Cheers 👍
Honestly I’ve been looking at FBA for a while and you’ve explained it so well, thank you mate. Just a quick question with the barcodes how do I print the stickers?
Thank you so much for this video, I have been watching endless videos and never feeling like I am getting any real information, I am starting my online money making journey this Saturday, this was so helpful, thank you very much
Absolute fire 🔥 again heathy. How did you find the wholesalers to use? Also do crep chief notify talk much about amazon? Not sure if your on Twitter but there’s a big affiliate marketing/reseller community on there, they all have different reseller groups they are Apart off but happy to help people out, if you join I can recommend a view accounts for you no problem. Appreciate your content big man 💪🏼
ive been watching fba videos and not a single one talks through how you send it to amazon warehouse and they send it from there.. ugh pls help if you see this
I hate FBA for all the reasons you described. It is always such a disappointment! I much prefer using an FBM /dropshipping model for a quick turnaround
New subscriber here🙌 So far the best video I have seen. Can you please tell me if you hire someone to take the pictures of the product for you or do you take pictures yourself?
The real success rate on amazon is very low may be less than 0.001%, people are trying from all over the world , main profit maker is amazon, you have to advertise all the time, and it is very very expensive, and it is very haaaard to compete with the manufacturer as a middleman to sell on amazon. Amazon itself is selling all high-demand items, so my humble request to all new who want to start a business on amazon: please don't waste your hard earn money
good video - very informative. Could you please advise where you buy bulk items. I have been looking around to buy bulks but not having any luck. Wouuld appreciate ur reply.
Might be a dumb question but do you have to take "professional" pictures of you product which will be displayed for customers to see on the website? Just wondering how that aspect works.
Hi mate. Thanks for sharing your experience.. I'm trying to open FBA account and amazon keeps rejecting my application asking me to update my bank account details. My question is it because they don't accept current account with bebit card and what kind of account they accept if that's the case. Thanks
Hi .. thanks for the informative video .. just wondering if ur based in the UK ? Asking with regards to if the selleramp works in the UK ? Trying to figure out a good app that works in the UK .. thanks
Good video mate. Any advice on calculating the profit you'll make for each product after all amazons fees? I sold some products with a high ROI but after amazons fees came into play I was losing money so am a bit baffled. Any advice on that would be great!
I have a question for you! How do you determine what products to sell? I have begun my journey but the product research, discovering what product will be profitable to sell, has had me stuck.
Look for a product that will fix a solution for people, looking on trending TikTok products etc and use organic marketing for the beginning for a higher profit margin
So I just ordered my first sample. Do I need to ship the bulk to my house first and then send them off to Amazon or can I send it straight to amazon from the manufacturer?
When you say your going to label them up do you label eatch toy sepert and send them all in the same box to amzon then do amzon box them all up for you ??
Let me know if you want to see more Amazon videos 👌
Yeah I wanna see more 💯 %

Definitely more ! Very interested in this myself

Loved it. Everyone hides something so that we can buy their courses, but you are very transparent. Appreciated! Subscribing
Love the honesty mate. Far too many sellers only like to show you their 'wins'. Keep it up

100%
yeah indeed nobody will show you what they r selling or how much they r making this is the first time i see sth like this
The undercutting is just a race to the bottom. The biggest winners are the customer, couriers and of course Amazon.

you just gained a subscriber man! great video!!
What a great video, first video I have watched in relation to FBA and it was really really useful
You started in the top selling category. Well done
Retail Arbitrage: Going to retail stores and buying products on clearance to sell later on amazon.
'Toys' is a super competitive category. I'd steer clear of it if you're looking for healthier profits/margins
Useful video. You learn a lot of things you didn't think about before
You seem very genuine pal.
Definitely a new subscriber

Hi mate, can you do a video on how you sourced your wholesalers, for the items you got for this video. I think many would love to see this video.

Hello mate could you do a video on where to get wholesales products
Helpful thanks
Hey man great video, love the honesty. I am wondering tho how and where do you print out the labels?
I think you need to get a label printer
U need to buy 27up labels of Amazon first
Good luck donny
Are you winding me up, says buzz light year
I though fba meant you send directly from the wholesale to Amazon? I find the Amazon thing interesting but very very confusing
good video - very informative. Could you please advise where you buy bulk items. I have been looking around to buy bulks but not having any luck. Wouuld appreciate ur reply.
Interesting advice. Thanks from Canada.
That’s crazy collectors are going to hate you putting a sticker on that package
Might be a dumb question but do you have to take "professional" pictures of you product which will be displayed for customers to see on the website? Just wondering how that aspect works.
The product is already listed on Amazon so you sell on that listing, so no photos or anything needed you just send the product into Amazon
Interested to try this
I’m curious, how were you ordering so many of each unit? A lot of big retailers limit you to 10 of a single item at a time
I'm sure it works good for many people but I'll never do it the way you did it. Seems like too much dinking around for that little money.
Do you have to send the products by ups or can you just post them to Amazon? Also how much does ups cost?
did you get approved dangerous goods program before sending off your first toy?
thanks for the insight. where do you find your suppliers?
an honest video. appreciate
That was very honest. Thank you.

finding wholesalers is my problem. aint got a clue

How do you find wholesalers?
Cheers bro and google mainly!
just buy seasonal ... mothers day, fathers day, etc etc
Start with products with low volume like jewellery
If you don’t like putting the SKU stickers on mate.. I’m pretty sure you can get Amazon to do it for like 10/15p an item?
Yes I think you can will probably do that in the future 👍🏼
It's 25p per unit so quickly adds up for a job that isn't really that hard.
@@danieldainty2721 yeh for sure man I mean if was doing like 1000s of units I would probably do it but can manage doing 100 at a time etc
Not all items require a amazon sku label so if your lucky you just leave them in the wholesale box and change the label.
Where do you go to source your products? Because your clearly not using Chinese suppliers. Just curious
What's the best way to learn how to set up. Send your first order and stuft ?
