Fun fact: the karma flower grows where you died last time (or grows the nearest accessible place to where you died) so basically, the scavenger at the end just witnessed hope grow out of death.
it only appears every death on monk, for every other slugcat (excluding hunter, who doesn't spawn karma flowers on their campaign) it will spawn on death only after the slugcat has eaten a karma flower
At 0:37 , I noticed all the scavs resemble the original slugcats -
Far left: Survivor (white)
Mid left: Hunter (very pale red)
Mid right: Nightcat/Watcher (dark blue-grey, close to black)
Far right: Monk (yellow)
This may not have been intentional, but if it was, I think it was a nice detail :)

i feel like its intentional based on how that thing (idk what it is) on the pale red scav’s back looks like some sort of scar if you squint hard enough
my logic may not make sense but it makes sense to me

I have the game now, and Downpour, and I love it! Definitely one of my favorite games.
I wasn’t sure at first after reading a review saying it’s not for everyone but I decided to give it a try since it was on sale.
I’ve beaten the game as monk and survivor and I’m trying to get to Five Pebbles as Gourmand currently.
Rain World was definitely worth getting, the AI is the best I’ve seen in a game and its super fun. I haven’t had many chances to play because of irl stuff though.

After i saw how awesome this animation was and how cool the characters were, I checked Rain World out, watched a few videos and gameplay, and I was awestrucked. Your animations are awesome! Without this, I probably would have never ran into Rain World. Now, if you excuse me, I must get back to my Rain Worlding...
