All 3 of them are masterpieces and emotionally draining, the guy knows how to capture tragedy *BRAVO*

The great wall was a mistake, but we cannot judge his directing skill only just from one movie. Many of his movies was a good movies, such us red sorgum, raise the red lantern, not one less, to live, the flowers of war and hero.

The script was wrong(apparently a very old script) but it's a great opportunity to break into Hollywood.

@@lylehimself9287 Someone as exemplary as him doesn't need to sell his quality out to mainstream Hollywood content (Hollywood movies are better than numerous Chinese films, but the way Zhang worked it was for commercial purposes).
